Pros:

Apartamento espaçoso. Senti falta de utensílios de cozinha, pois tinha fogão convencional.
Na sala, ao invés da mesa enorme, poderia ter um sofá.

Pros:

Localização excelente e bairro tranquilo e calmo, além de que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos para a feira que fomos visitar e tb para nosso retorno para o aeroporto

Cons:

Única reclamação é de que ficamos em quartos com 4 camas de solteiro e nenhuma de casal, achei o banheiro razoável pois a água do chuveiro não tinha força ficando com um jato fraco.

Pessimo, o pior hotel que fiquei nos últimos 10 anos.

Cons:

Hotel antigo e sucateado. Ar condicionado não resfriava e muito barulhento. Roupa de cama velha, amenidades péssimas, TV super antiga. Funcionários mal humorados e mal treinados. Só deixam copos de água no frigobar e ainda cobram R$4,50 por copinho de água. Deveriam se apresentar e cobrar no máximo como um hostel… se bem que vi na lagoa da Pampulha alguns hostels que dão de 10 x 0 nele também.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com estacionamento privado.
Café da manhã incluso, muito farto, em um ambiente lindo, e muito organizado.
Ape completo otimo, com geladeira, fogão, ar condicionado e wifi, otimo espaço, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Ambiente muito acolhedor e superou as minhas expectativas.

A única coisa poderia melhorar é a disponibilidade de pratos e talheres para se fazer refeições no quarto. No quarto tem uma pequena copa. Quando pedi recebi talheres e pratos de plásticos
