I had a fantastic stay at The Urban.
Everything exceeded my expectations: the service, the attention to detail, and the overall hospitality.

A special thank you to Panha, Sam, and the entire staff for being so professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and contributed greatly to making my stay truly memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope to come back soon.

Great lodgings

Staff are very helpful, polite and attentive; you won't be lost for service.

No negatives apart from a slightly dodgy bathroom step in my room: this could be unsafe if you don't pay extra attention.

Excellent hotel in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Relaxing boutique stay
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe, the pool and gardens are lovely, the staff are great and the on site restaurant has a lot of choice and is reasonably priced.

Cons:

The hotel could do a better job at advertising what tours the offer and also a food menu in the room would be helpful, maybe just a QR code

Hotel eccellente
Pros:

Ottima posizione, pulito, bella struttura con giardino curato. Mi è piaciuta l'attenzione all'ambiente con soluzioni come borracce ricaricabili a disposizione e niente flaconi monodose per i saponi. Interessante progetto di inserimento al lavoro per i ragazzi e ragazze del personale.
