The Urban

Nos encantó el trato recibido desde el principio sobre todo por parte de Marita, Panha y Daro. Incluso me acompañaron al centro de salud por un accidente en moto que tuvimos. La piscina está genial, y la comida está riquísima. El desayuno está genial también. Es el mejor hotel donde hemos estado sobre todo por el equipo que lo forman.

Location, Hotel, room all perfect . I stayed in two Hotels and really liked this one . It has everything you wish for: clean rooms, pool and gym. The staff was amazing especially Pisey & Panha and trainee Neang. They helped me with my requests and were so kind.
I would definitely come back and recommend it to the fullest !

I had a great stay at The Urban in Siem Reap.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sith Sopanha, Pisey, Marita, and the team gave me a warm welcome, offered great recommendations, and helped arrange transportation, making everything easy.

My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool after visiting the temples and had a fantastic massage at the hotel.

The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, markets, and attractions. I also enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant where the prices are affordable.

What I liked most was how welcoming everyone was. The team made me feel at home throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Siem Reap.

Everything was exceptional.

早餐還可以，服務人員都很親切，如果有中文人員更好

Dit hotel is in één woord geweldig! De locatie is perfect, midden in de stad (alles in de stad op loopafstand) en toch rustig (‘s avonds echt geen enkel geluid gehoord). Het restaurant is super goed, ze hebben net een nieuwe gym erbij gemaakt en een hele mooie plek om een kookworkshop te doen. Ga dit echt doen, de chefs zijn geweldig en het eten is super! Het zwembad en de tuin zijn ook een uitkomst. En dan heb ik het nog niet over het leuke personeel gehad. De mensen hier doen hun uiterste best om je verblijf het fijnst mogelijk te maken. Het voelde ook echt persoonlijk. Vooral Sam de bedrijfsleider was erg professioneel en meegaand. Ik moest plots mijn boeking wijzigen vanwege een medisch voorval en dit was allemaal geen probleem. Ontzettend fijn! Marita, Neang en Panha waren ook ontzettend lief en vroegen elke dag even hoe het met ons ging. En de rest van het personeel was ook geweldig, ik wist helaas niet al hun namen. Dankjewel voor het leuke verblijf!

Das beste Hotel in dem ich in Kambodscha war!!! Alles war perfekt! Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich! Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen!

Tutto! La piscina e le aree comuni sono molto comode e pulite. Lo staff è incredibile, tutti gentilissimi. L’aria condizionata funziona alla perfezione ed è fondamentale quando fa così caldo. Abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante più volte e tutto quello che abbiamo provato è stato buonissimo. La posizione è centralissima ma lontana dal casino, la notte si dorme molto bene. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, il miglior hotel dopo mesi di viaggio. Avevamo prenotato solo tre notti e alla fine ne abbiamo fatte sei.

Hotel is nice and quiet and well located to walk into town

The room was very spacious and the staff were wonderful. Very attentive staff, who were kind and welcoming. They helped us arrange a tuk tuk to go to Angkor Wat and also allowed us to use the pool and have access to a shower even after we had checked out. They stored our bags and gave us ice cold free refreshments.
