Careful of staff reco on transport
Pros:

Location is good if you are visiting St Francis of Assisi. 👍
Restaurants are near the area.
This hotel is near the train station too.
Walking distance to one of the biggest churches too.

Cons:

Since I was travelling alone in this town, I have to ask recommendations from staff. One of their staffs, a lady in her 40/50s has a direct contact to a taxi. Even if I asked for a metered taxi, she said it was fixed. The rate to St Francis was 20euro one way, which I didn't mind at first since that place was what I came for. But when I had to book for hotel to train station- I was asked for 15euros (despite the very near distance), which I felt scammed. I think the hotell should have fixed rates. And that lady should stop giving referrals. Plus that driver did not take good care of my luggage. I asked him to nicely arrange it in the trunk but he was not listening and ended up breaking the handle which caused another inconvenience.

Qualità del cibo ottimo e abbondante, gli adetti alla sala ristorazzione gentili preparati disponibili fanno sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Vorrei citare e ringraziare perché lo meritano in primis la signora Antonella,la signora Floris, il signor Giuseppe, e il signor Francesco ; che si sono distinti x il loro modo cortese verso tutti gli ospiti della sala. Una pace del Signore l'atmosfera molto suggestiva i francescani che adoro e che incontro , cordialità dello staff e molto pulito e poi quei giardini incantevoli puliti e profumatissimi, un oasi nel cuore di Gesù e senti la Porziuncola nel tuo cuore

Pros:

Stanza accogliente ,in ordine e pulita. Ristorazione ottima con prezzi giusti. Posizione comodissima per visitare non solo la Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie che si trova di fronte, ma anche Assisi raggiungibile con il bus o a piedi. Ottimo soggiorno!

Una base perfetta per visitare quasi tutta l'Umbria
Pros:

Un'esperienza piacevolissima: ogni aspetto dell'ospitalità è stato eccellente, dalla colazione, al bagno, alle dimensioni della camera (che pure era una singola), al bar fornitissimo e pressoché sempre aperto, al personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, alla disponibilità di un ristorante, al meraviglioso giardino nel quale si può trascorrere qualche ora al fresco la sera, ma soprattutto è in una posizione eccellente come "base" per visitare l'Umbria centrale e settentrionale. Una vera scoperta.

Direi che non ho trovato alcuna pecca!

La posizione ,la comodità del bus, per Assisi fuori porta, il parcheggio auto, La Porziuncola vicino .La camera con materasso perfetto.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit guter Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Relativ ruhig, moderne Zimmer, Nähe zum Bahnhof, schöner Park zum Verweilen, Sauberkeit, Bad mit Bidet

Cons:

Nur eine winzige Ablageflächen im Badezimmer, keine Möglichkeit Badetücher aufzuhängen
