Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit (étape) dans l'une des chambres bungalows.
Une très belle expérience: accueil et services des managers et du personnel, emplacement de l'hôtel et de la chambre, propreté, équipements, atmosphère/ambiance chill, et beau couché de soleil pour couronner le tout.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé et accessible à pied depuis le débarcadère Bangrak. Accueil attentionné par le personnel. Ils ont accepté de nous garder les bagages le jour du départ. Chambre familiale très propre mais un peu petite à 4 avec les bagages. Accès directe à la plage avec transats et filets au bout de l’hôtel avant de descendre sur la plage (4 ou 5 marches). Piscine agréable. Bar et restaurant dans l’hôtel. Eau filtrée disponible sans limitation dans des bouteilles en verre, belle initiative à souligner pour limiter l’utilisation du plastique!
Petite mention spéciale à Pepito! 😍 (le perroquet)

Cons:

La route qui passe devant l’hôtel n’a pas de trottoir… ce qui donne une mauvaise image extérieure (surtout quand il vient de pleuvoir) mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien

Relax assegurat!
Pros:

Habitació i lavabo molt net. Les instal·lacions són molt bones. La zona de davant de la Platja la vam gaudir moltíssim a les postes de sol llegint prenent el sol. Els treballadors de l’hotel van ser molt atents tota l’estada. Va ser una estada molt relaxada i agradable.

Cons:

L’habitació era una mica petita per quatre persones. L’hotel estava molt ben ubicat a la Platja, però sí que una mica apartat de les zones més turístiques caminant.

The views from the Villa were stunning and the easy access onto the beach was wonderful. The staff were incredible, Steven was really helpful with advice on booking tours etc and all the staff went the extra mile for us.

Une expérience très décevante du début à la fin. La propreté du lit laissait à désirer et nous n’avons eu aucune eau chaude. De plus, la capacité de la chambre annoncée pour 5 personnes est totalement inadaptée : l'espace était bien trop petit, sans compter la dalle de plafond manquante dans la salle de bain. Les équipements n'étaient pas en reste : la piscine et le restaurant fermaient systématiquement une heure trop tôt (19h au lieu de 20h), et l'eau de la piscine affichait un problème de pH inquiétant. Rapport qualité-prix à revoir : 189€ la nuit .
