Pros:

Közvetlenül a parton van a szállás. Nagyon kedves a személyzet, és nagyon családias a hely. Különösen tetszett a tengerparton a hálós kifekvő rész, ahonnan a tengert és a naplementét lehetett figyelni.
Pepito, a papagáj nagy kedvenc lett.

Cons:

De douche was niet zo proper.. en als je ging douchen dan was heel de badkamer nat :(

A mid-range, well-located resort with friendly staff and comfortable rooms, alongside some maintenance and practical iss
Pros:

The resort is in a great location. We stayed for our first 4 days in Koh Samui while we found our feet, explored and recovered from jet lag. The location of the property is perfect, less than 10 minutes to the airport, with a pool, beach access and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We made use of the 7-11 and lotus nearby, and I had my nails done too.

The beach in front of the property is clean and very pretty, we enjoyed walking up and down the beach, and had some gorgeous sunsets. The only negative was the stray dogs in the area, which my son was frightened of.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, we slept well and the beds were comfortable. The air con was effective and the property had blackout blinds which helped us all to sleep well.

The staff we met were all helpful and friendly, they romanised a taxi pickup for us when landing and stored our luggage safely for us on our last day. The price was in line with a mid range resort.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay the water supply was interrupted on two occasions, which was difficult to manage with two young children. While this was outside the property’s control, it was nevertheless inconvenient

The property is eco and supplied water bottles with a cooler and mineral water. We were concerned that the drinking water station was located immediately next to the aviary of the resident Parrot ( Pepito) as my husband has a bird allergy. During our stay, ny husband experienced a significant allergy flare-up and later required medical treatment. We cannot say with certainty what caused the reaction, but families with bird allergies may wish to take this into consideration and avoid the cooler next to the aviary.

We noticed an orange scum line around the pool edges each day. Although staff cleaned it regularly, it stained some of our swimwear and clothing. The resort uses an eco-friendly pool system rather than traditional chlorination, which may not suit everyone’s preferences.

During our stay, our daughter developed an ear infection and required treatment. We cannot say what caused the infection, but we felt it was important to share our experience for other families’ consideration

Cons:

Hygiëne in de badkamer met beschimmelde voegen en dode insecten in de hoeken. Ontbijt vanaf 8:00 is ook niet van deze tijd.
