Wonderful staff, pleasant breakfast, nice cool rooms and strong WiFi. Great for families!
We had a big group and enjoyed a wonderful stay at Kisiwa House. Beautiful rooms, good location in Stone Town, reliable wifi, strong AC, and excellent showers/bathrooms. Shenda at the front desk was a lovely and welcoming host, and all of the reception team was always eager to help and available to provide useful advice about local activities.
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff!
Lovely staff, excellent food and really beautifully appointed rooms with an incredible terrace to relax and enjoy
Lovely hotel, great location. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Stayed for one night to look around Stone Town. Perfect location close to all the attractions including the waterfront and Freddie Mercury museum.
Spacious clean rooms and attentive staff. Ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Btw it is a dry hotel (incase you want that drink).
Excellent service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They handled all our requests with such care and consideration. Definitely will come back
It was amazing hotel with excellent views
Good location to go tour. People are kind.
the room was very good, but in the same street these was noise because of construction.
B R E A K F A S T !!
why would someone eat watermelon, mango, papaya, ananas with a juice, all together, in the morning before even having a coffee or a breakfast?! that's a thing i couldn't understand! furthermore a basket with 3 types of cookies/bisquettes!
for the breakfast you'll have to wait like 20 minutes to get an omlette or a boiled egg!
Room and bathroom is very spacious , very clean property as well.
Location very central to all stone town restaurants.
Nothing

A special place to stay in the heart of Stone Town. Impeccable service, food and rooms.
A last minute booking at it was by far our best meal and hotel by far. Thank you for the amazing service - we are grateful to have found you.
Beautiful hotel, cozy rooms and very friendly staff. Perfect service and great food. You should definitely enjoy the view from the roof top restaurant!
Very clean, staff friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
Location perfect. Rooms perfect - we were in Room 9. Staff perfect!
Historic building in a great location. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Friendly staff!
Such a cute lovely place. As an artist it’s important for me to be in a beautiful colorful place and Kisiewa house looks better in person than in pictures. It’s clean, the room and bathrooms are so spacious with a mix of modern decoration mixed with old zanzibari aesthetics. The free breakfast was so fresh and delicious and the staff were so welcoming and kind. If I make it back to Zanzibar I will be staying here
