Pros:

Il posto ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Lo staff era gentile, la camera pulita.

Cons:

Probabilmente non è ottimo per visitare Tokyo in quanto servono molti cambi… però per arrivare ad Haneda (il nostro obiettivo delle ultime due notti) è PERFETTO.

Air condition is crutial in the rooms and there needed to be instructions for changing the language (there is a way).

perfekt für eine Nacht, Nähe Tokio Tower schöner Spaziergang, schnell ist man von dort mit der subway am Flughafen Haneda

Cons:

"Badkabine" nur über eine große Stufe zu erreichen oder mit Kiste, die dann Platz im Zimmer wegnimmt, leider kein Weckservice

Wouldn't stay on 2nd floor next to smoking room
Cons:

We had a king-size room (apparently one of only 3) and the room was close to the smoking room and really smelled of cigarettes. We tried to move rooms, as we were travelling with a baby and 4 year old. Apparently they had no other options as the hotel was fully booked. We had to change hotels as the smoke smell was too oppressive.

Chambre assez grande, calme. Proche Tokyo tower pour ceux que ça intéresse. Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de choix de restaurants autour, changement compliqué de métro, quartier avec des tours de bureaux pas très typique

Pros:

Friendly staff, cleanliness and the upkeep of the building and the location was convenient to get around the to other places.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong with the property, it was truly delightful.
