Pros:

Ideal location. Clean and professional if slightly small room.

Cons:

Très bien situé, mais petit-déjeuner décevant et prestations en dessous des attentes.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, proche de Times Square et de l’Empire State Building, avec un métro accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Le frigo mis gratuitement à disposition sur demande a été très apprécié, tout comme la gentillesse de la patronne, toujours attentive à satisfaire ses clients.

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment petite et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Après avoir signalé le problème à l’accueil, un chauffage d’appoint nous a été fourni. Il a également fallu réclamer à plusieurs reprises le réapprovisionnement en gel douche et shampoing. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner présenté comme un buffet sur les photos ne correspondait pas à la réalité, il s'agit d'un buffet à la carte avec un montant maxi à ne pas dépasser.

Sicuramente la posizione.Ottima rispetto ai mezzi pubblici ed alla maggior parte delle cose da vedere. Altro punto importante la pulizia, ineccepibile.

Albergo pulito, camere un pò piccole ma confortevoli, posizione al top!
Pros:

Struttura moderna e pulita. Lo Staff è molto cordiale ed è pronto a prendersi cura del cliente in ogni momento. La zona è piuttosto tranquilla e si può riposare nonostante sia ad un passo da Times Square. Letto comodo e camera rifatta ogni giorno. La metro è ad un passo oltre ad avere parecchi negozi vicini.

Cons:

Dimensioni della camera risicate, manca un armadio a 2 ante, il letto era comodo ma eccessivamente largo per 2 persone, avrei messo un letto leggermente più piccolo e un armadio più grande. In questo modo si avrebbe più spazio per muoversi nella stanza. Sarebbe utile anche un piccolo frigo in camera.

Great location, friendly staff, normal rooms
Pros:

Very convenient location, the staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms are not fancy, pretty small, but the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good.

Cons:

We got the view in the wall, so that wasn’t too great. The first room that we placed in had a weird smell, but we called the reception and they gave a different room and there was no smell there.

Serviceable hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location, staff, bathroom door actually locks. Water in lobby.

Cons:

Thin walls, no fridge or microwave in room. View from our room was an alley. $10 for 2 bags to be stored.
