Inconsistent service in the Guest Experience Journey.
Pros:

We love the room set-up for our 35th anniversary with a "I love You" balloon on the seat, many red round balloons and a cleverly decorated heart shape centre piece on the bed with rose petals. The fruits in the fruit basket were carefully selected which was perfect for diabetes. There was a handwritten and decorated card too. Many thanks to Noel from Welcome Experience Team. We truly felt welcomed. Met Catherine, Carmen and Theresa at front desk. They were warm, friendly and helpful. Decided to go to SAMTOM on 19th floor for our dinner since there was no reservation for us to enjoy the Hainan Flavours as confirmed by their staff Zora. Lui Lui Mei from SAMTOM gave us full attention and the food was excellent and creative in presentation. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Next morning, we went to Kitchen Table on level 2, only the Chef greeted us "Good morning" with a smile. At departure, Bell Min helped us to book a Grab, loaded our luggage for us and advise us about the fare and travel duration to airport.

Cons:

There was no one to assist us with our 3 luggage, 1 handheld and 1 backpack. I was walking with a walking stick. One male staff in black uniform walked passed us without extending a helping hand. We struggled to the front desk which has 4 counters. We stood in the centre (not knowing where to go) till Catherine called us to register. She was pleasant. As no one showed us to the room, we struggled with all the switches in the room for some time. At 8.30am, we went for our breakfast which was a disappointment. There were about 10 service staff but none greeted us nor offer a smile. They were busy and efficient in clearing the tables. Surprisingly only the Chef greeted us with a smile. Some years ago, I had stayed at the W in New York and it was really a WOW experience but sadly, I cant find it here.

The assistant manager Holan and his assistant Clark were the most exceptionally helpful staff members i have ever met, they went over and above in assisting me with everything from communicating with clients to organising by boat trip back to HK, exceptional young men.

Estancia excelente.
Pros:

Todo perfecto en el hotel, sin duda repetiría. Especial mención para Vincent (Conserje del Hotel) nos ayudó con restaurantes y preguntas de sitios turísticos y también para Clark Huang (el Jefe de Recepción) que nos ayudó con el check-out porque volvíamos unos días después y dejamos maletas en el hotel.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno de los niños un poco caro, casi 30 euros cada uno. A plantear hacer algo en cuanto a esto.

الموقع : جميل جدا قريب من المطاعم والمقاهي العربية النظيفة، المول يبعد عشر دقايق بالسياره و 13 دقيقه مشي ( الطقس هو اللي يتحكم)
يوجد مكان صراف عملات ولكن سعره أغلى بحدود 15 ريال لكل 100 دولار
يوجد بجانب الفندق شقق فندقية تتبع لنفس الفندق ، أتوقع تكون افضل للعائلات
لتجنب تأخير استرداد الدفعة المقدمة الفندق يقبل الكاش 400 دولار تقريبا
الموظف كلارك Clark واحد من اهم عناصر الفندق ولديه حل لكل تحدي تواجهه يتكلم اللغة الإنجليزية ويعمل حتى في ايام إجازته بالجوال ( شخص رائع وإضافة كبيرة للفندق)
