They can do way better

The staff and the location

Cons:

The room was stinky, like moldy smell, the ac was in the room was noisy. I wouldn’t expect this kinda room for this kind of hotel.

Hôtel absolument fabuleux !
Pros:

L’hôtel est fabuleux ! Nous avons tout aimé.
La chambre familiale est très grande, confortable, lumineuse, propre… un cerf est même venu devant notre fenêtre !
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est merveilleux : face aux montagnes de Zion, à coté des restaurants et d’une navette (indispensable pour aller au parc de Zion car impossible de se garer l’été). L’hôtel accepte avant le check- in qu’on puisse garer notre voiture sur leur parking, ceci est très arrangeant !
Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et peut être pris en terrasse face à la piscine et une vue 😍
La salle de sport ainsi que la piscine extérieure et jacuzzi est parfait l’été après les randonnées !

Cons:

Absolument rien à reprocher à cet hôtel.

Für die USA ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. In der Lobby gab es immer gratis Zitronenwasser und Limonade.
Super Lage mit wunderschöner rundum Sicht.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool bzw. deren Polster müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die schauen leider etwas herunter gekommen aus. Beim einten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.

Belle piscine dans un cadre magnifique
Pros:

L'un des meilleurs hôtels de notre voyage : très bon accueil, magnifique piscine, chambre propre et calme, à quelques minutes de Zion Park.

Cons:

Parking non compris dans la réservation, supplément à prévoir. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais dommage que la vaisselle soit jetable.

Location, ice water especially with fruit infused, outdoor lounge areas, breakfast, closeness to shuttle.

Cons:

The maid did not replenish dirty towels second day. She forgot to clean the room but it was only the towels that could have been changed out.
