Pros:

The large bathroom in the family suite room.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great. The toaster was broken, the eggs were watery and gross.. it gave more a continental breakfast than hot breakfast vibe.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay. Upon entering our room, the overwhelming smell of marijuana was immediately noticeable. We also found what appeared to be stains and residue on the walls, as well as other cleanliness issues that made the room feel unsanitary. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that we had to leave the hotel and purchase our own cleaning supplies from a local store in order to clean the room enough to feel comfortable staying in it.

We promptly requested a room change; however, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative accommodations were available.

Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout our stay. Our room key cards stopped working on two separate occasions, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reactivation. We were also not provided with enough towels for our party and had to request additional towels. After calling and being told towels would be delivered, none ever arrived. I ultimately had to go to the front desk myself after waiting approximately 20 minutes for an employee to return to the desk before I was finally able to obtain them.

On Saturday, we specifically requested housekeeping service and asked that our room be cleaned. Despite this request, the room was never serviced. On Sunday, we made the same request again and once again housekeeping never came to clean the room. Having to repeatedly request basic housekeeping services and still not receive them was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

While issues such as room cleanliness can occasionally occur, what was most concerning was the lack of follow-through and customer service we received throughout our stay. We were repeatedly assured that a manager would contact us and make the situation right, yet we never received any communication. The repeated promises without action left us feeling ignored and disrespected as paying guests.

The numerous issues, combined with the lack of resolution, ultimately led us to end our stay early and leave one day before our scheduled departure. What should have been an enjoyable weekend became a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish.
