Bozeman/Belgrade Family Vacay
Pros:

Location was amazing… 12 min from the airport! Costco and Taco Bell are in walking distance and 6 min away from so many other food establishments and shopping centers!! Highly recommend! Oh not to mention the view from my mountain view room was stunning!

The facility is not focused on customer service/hospitality
Pros:

The staff were friendly but the building was run down and dirty. The breakfast was cold and lights in the sitting area shut off before breakfast closing. When I asked, they said it was on a timer and they had no control. You can close the doors on the breakfast when it's time to close. You don't have to shut the lights off on guests who are finishing their breakfast.

Pros:

The roo we had fit 6 of us. It's hard to find single rooms for large families.

Cons:

The place had some worn things. Shower curtain was torn, our fridge didn't work, and the office chair had upholstery pealing on it. They did replace the fridge the next day. The hot tub water looked yellowish and was about 6" below the side filter. We didn't use it.

Roadtrip stop!
Pros:

We stayed at the Bozeman location and the hotel and room were very clean. The staff was extra friendly and helped us tourists with some dinner plans!

Nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Roomy. Great convenient location.

Cons:

Not enough towels. Staff was light, so we had to go to the lobby to obtain more towels.

Generic lower priced hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Pleasant staff. Given the hotel prices in the area, this was good value for the money. You get what you pay for.

Cons:

Quite a few minor maintenance issues throughout the room. Damaged drape rod, towel rack coming loose from the wall, worn shelf edges, poor bathroom faucet. All minor stuff, but enough to give a shabby appearance.

NI UNA ESTRELLA REAL, el peor hotel en el que he estado
Pros:

Nos quedamos sin una reserva que teníamos en otro alojamiento y tuvimos que improvisar, vimos buen precio, cercanía a aeropuerto y SUPUESTAMENTE cinco estrellas, pero para lo único que nos ha servido ha sido para dormir, tanto el hotel, como el personal y la instalaciones son pésimos.

Cons:

Se anuncian como un hotel de cinco estrellas y he estado en pensiones mucho mejores. Las instalaciones son viejas y decadentes, la mayoría de servicios no funcionan (nevera, ascensor, lavandería, aire acondicionado ruidoso y molesto), si te quejas por carecer de esos servicios te miran con cara de haba y te dicen que ES LO QUE HAY. El personal es borde y desagradable. Las habitaciones son aun peor que las zonas comunes y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia en cada rincón, además de no hacerse la segunda noche tampoco porque supuestamente deberíamos de haber avisado que queríamos limpieza. Ni una triste botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. El desayuno muy poco variado y de mala calidad. No le recomendaría este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

A rough two week's
Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and rough around the edges.

The soap was out in both public bathrooms as well as the hand sanitizer for the lobby I told the staff multiple times and nothing was done.
Lemon water Was broken at the top.
The breakfast coffee cups were placed next to where people washed their hands and water was splashing on them.

Over booked.. needed two beds for two different people they changed my reservation because they overbooked one of us had to sleep on the floor. Just checked my balance and they charged me $70 over what I already paid

Don't stay for the breakfast
Pros:

This is a good location hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. But the breakfast offerings were quite lacking. Do not expect fruit or quantity. We were there at 9:00 when the hours were 7-10 and most of the product offerings were gone and the serving room was a mess. There was only one staff member trying to manage things
