Best Hotel Stay in JB!
Pros:

Really nice hotel, with an elegant hotel lobby, comfortable rooms with great in-room amenities, great location and a fantastic breakfast buffet. However, the highlight is the staff. Every member of staff (from the doorman to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant/room service staff) was friendly, accommodating and professional and many went the extra mile (housekeeping is excellent). Thanks!

Cons:

The swimming pool area could use a makeover as it feels a bit old. However it was still a clean, nice and good-sized pool.
