Cons:

It was a little disappointing that a hotel of this chain and reputation does not have the room amenities like a smart TV to be able to connect up a laptop or phone and utilise our own Netflix or other streaming account.

A request for a connection hdmi cable also came up to nought and we were told there was no possibility to do so.

Pros:

Overall is good. My friend said the place is old. I prefer international hotel as I need a proper parking place. I love the hotel has a very polite attendant for helping. Feel safe when entering and leaving the car park.

Cons:

The noise from the street or haighway.. Pillow too soft. The variety of Tea can have more. No creamer.and tea spoon. The smoke detector was blinking through out the night in the middle of the room.

Amazing, comfortable, clean, 100% would come again
Pros:

So beautiful and reception staff was so nice! Asked for a bucket of ice and it came so fast!, toilet was clean, room was clean, view was exceptional.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, i put my head on the pillow and im gone for the night.

Everything about the stay was amazing definitely recommend

Cons:

no netflix, but at least theres was a tv ( which has a guide btw) i didnt know there was a guide i was randomly clickling jumbers u til i saw the guide sheet 🤭

Everything was excellent.

Room: Super clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Breakfast: Superb with a great variety of delicious food.
Service: Outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Overall: Everything was superb. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We had a great stay and would happily return.

It is a good place to stay in a nice neighbourhood and good for a short break.
Pros:

It is located in a nice neighbourhood and pretty much can find anything you want in terms of food , massage, nails and hair.

Cons:

There is only one charging port next to the bed so if you have a king bed only one of you is able to charge your phone next to you
