大満足
Pros:

神奈川からの車移動で到着時間が読めなかった為、青森発最終便のフェリー出航後にホテル探し。函館港到着予定が夜中の2時過ぎにも関わらず、チェックインをOKしてくださり、笑顔で出迎えてくださったホテリエに涙が出そうでした。しかもリーズナブルな宿泊代とは思えないお部屋で、長距離ドライブで疲れたカラダを十二分に休めることができました。チェックアウトも同じホテリエが優しく声を掛けてくださり、そのホスピタリティに夫婦で再訪を決めました。

Pros:

１回にファミマが併設してるとこ。
駐車場も裏にあり、おじさんたちが優しくおすすめも聞いたら教えてくれたこと。
散歩しながら五稜郭まで行けること。

Pros:

地點很棒，鄰近往機場公車站牌，市電站牌，樓下有全家，附近有藥妝，無印，百貨，餐廳……機能健全。
房間剛好住在14樓，窗戶大景觀佳，稍微能看到五稜郭塔，位於後側沒有車的噪音。
有獨立空調，剛好隔壁房間及走廊也沒有聲音干擾，洗澡水量充足熱度加溫迅速，冰箱夠冷。
單人住宿很夠用。
應是位於淡季期間入住。

Cons:

空調聲音略大，床鋪偏軟，廁所或玄關鏡做化妝使用光線略顯不足。
窗簾遮光大概50%。

次回も宿泊させて頂きたくなるホテルです。
Pros:

今時代、なかなか部屋での喫煙できるホテルの数が減っているので有難く感じました。
氷も無料でいつでも使用できる点が良かった。

Cons:

シャンプーを使用してみたら髪がギシギシになって私には合わなかった。

不便…と思う所が無く、快適にすごせました。

喫煙ルームだから仕方ないとは思いますが、エレベーターを降りた瞬間からタバコの匂いがしていたのが残念でした

Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

お風呂に毛がたくさん落ちてた
いつもは自分の落とした髪の毛も拾うが、気持ちわるくて拾えませんでした。
髪の毛気になりすぎて居心地悪かったです。

台もベタベタしてました。
子供がなんかついてるー！とさわって匂いをかんでいて焦りました。

眺めも良くないし、自分が間違えたのが悪いのですが喫煙の部屋だからか、天井やカーテンレールの四隅、などヤニ汚れがきになりました。
滞在中のたばこのにおいはさほど気になりませんでしたがやっぱり部屋を出た後の自分の服ににおいが染み付いていたので、今後はよく見てから宿泊するよう気を付けようと思いました。

スタッフの方はご丁寧でわかりやすくご説明もしてくださり、対応に感謝しているだけに今回の部屋だけが少し残念でした。

あと周囲の治安が悪い気がした
爆音の車に、周囲でダベるおっさんや、若い人、どんな場所かよくわかっていませんでしたが、夜もなんかうるさくて嫌でした。
