The staff was excellent. They were all very kind and very helpful. The room was very bright, comfortable with very comfortable beds (even the sofa bed). The breakfast was rich.

Cons:

I used the greening room programme, and I regretted it. I thought that they would simply not change towels and sheets every day (to save water), but in reality this program provided that the cleaning lady would not come to the room at all (neither to put toilet paper, nor to empty the bins). I had to ask the receptionist in the evening for toilet paper, which she gave me (both the cleaning lady and the receptionists were very kind). When soap emptied, the floor manager checked that it was cleaning day (it was every other day) and so she gave it to me. So, one assumes that if it was not cleaning day they might not have given it to me. I think this program is very bad as it violates basic hygiene rules.
Also, the area is not very good. While there is a supermarket right next door, which is very convenient, drug addicts frequent the square and the supermarket (especially near the closing time at 10:00 PM). A colleague (lady) reported that someone was following her from behind.

Μας ρώτησαν αν θέλαμε να μην καθαρίζεται το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα αλλά κάθε τρεις και συμφωνήσαμε σε αυτό. Όταν ήρθαν να καθαρίσουν την 4η μέρα απλά άλλαξαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες χωρίς καν να βάλουν ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Υπήρχαν εμφανή σκουπίδια στο χαλί και στα έπιπλα και δεν τα μάζεψαν καθόλου.

In centrum met parkeergarage om de hoek. De kamer was schoon en netjes en heerlijk koel. Het kussen dat aan de ene kant harder en de andere kant zacht was top!
