Great, comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room. Free water for number of night stays per person, quiet. There's an elevator and the staff takes your luggage and takes you to your room.

Standard hairdryer, kettle, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hot shower, the bedding smells nice, pillows were comfortable and plush. We had a balcony in our room, which is a nice touch. Very convenient distance from Takashimaya, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square.

We would stay here again when we come back to Vietnam.

Cons:

Entrance is a bit hard to find because the bottom level has an office at the front, not a big issue but worth noting if you're arrive in the middle of the night. Just knock and they'll come to the front.

Pros:

Très bien situé dans un quartier animé. L’hôtel ne donne pas sur la route donc très calme.
Chambre propre, lit confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La note aurait été plus élevé s’ils n’avaient pas oublié de faire notre chambre après la première nuit

Cons:

cannot bring the iron to room, need to do it in level 10. Very inconvenient, and made us think twice if we want to iron our clothes

地點很不錯，就在濱城市場旁邊，有買行程的話都是免費接送上下車

老闆說一天提供2瓶水，我們兩人在第一天總共看到桌上、冰箱裡各4瓶，一共8瓶，結果退房時他說我們共喝了12瓶並叫我們支付4瓶的錢？？？
第一，只有8瓶並非12瓶
第二，如果要收費為什麼要在房間放12瓶？
第三，收費是某一天沒水了我去問櫃檯，才知道要收費，並非第一天入住就跟我們說
完全就是不合邏輯，本來住宿體驗還算不錯，在退房最後一刻完全被搞砸

Nice hotel close to everything. The entrance is a little hidden, just at the left side next to some restaurant seating, go down and turn right to get to reception. Rooms very spacious and comfortable

מלון במיקום מעולה, נקי ומסודר, צוות אדיב. מתאים בעיקר למי שצריך חדר ללילה ולא לשהות במהלך היום.
Pros:

המלון במיקום מעולה ליד השוק הגדול ומרבית האטרקציות. צוות נחמד מאוד. המלון נקי והחדרים פרקטיים ומרווחים. מתאים למי שנמצא רוב הזמן מחוץ לחדר ולא בא להתפנק במלון. אין ארוחת בוקר ואין ממש לובי. עדיין מומלץ ושווה מאוד מבחינת העלות ביחס לתמורה.

Cons:

הופתענו שהחלונות בצד שלנו היו אטומים, מכיוון שרוב הזמן שהינו מחוץ למלון זה פחות הפריע. ייתכן שיש עוד צד למלון ושם אין חלונות חסומים. למי שזה ממש מפריע- שווה בדיקה מראש.

Family Room is highly recommended if you don't like stairs.
Pros:

The price was on point! The location was awesome - few mins walk to Ben Thanh. The staff were super duper helpful & friendly; they speak and understand English. The beds are huge and comfy. Toilet with auto and manual bidets! Awesome! The balcony was also quite spacious and comfortable to chill and smoke outdoors, with the city street view!

Cons:

Housekeeping knocked on our door early morning due to 'Do Not Disturb' tag was not hung on the door knob. I thought housekeeping usually around late morning to noon time. The doors connected to the hotel was locked when you come back or go out of the hotel late; need to wake nearby staff up to unlock the doors for us.

Excellent location. Would stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent location by Ben Tranh, Saigon Center and great restaurants. Third time here and liked this location best. The hotel is part of a large building with several other companies, therefore, WiFi is excellent, and the shower and hot water are as well. Showers and bathroom are fresh and newly updated. Rooms are clean and bedding is outstanding.

Cons:

Staff was inconsistent with their messaging to upgrade room upon arrival. One minute a room is available, then it is not. Could upgrade, but had to wait day. I didn’t like the shower with my toilet. Over night staff was going to charge us a much higher rate. He said we couldn’t check in until after 2:00 to the new room. We knew nobody was in that room. When we came down at 9:00 morning staff said we check in now. Clearly, it had been vacant all night. It would have been easier to have been in one room.
