Breakfast was excellent with good choices.
Beach was at the end of the road....three minitues away. Nice, quiet location within easy reach of Cromer, Sherringham.
Maybe a quiznight? Very quiet of an evening.

the location of the hotel is very good, close to the seaside. Breakfast was included and fair, except for the awful coffee
The window at the top of the steep staircase that was blowing a gale and impossible to close. Coffee was awful and when I mentioned it the waitress was surly. The TV screen was tiny, more like a laptop attached to the wall. I think it was very overpriced

Nice and close to cromer
Beds were so squeaky even just gently sitting on them they sweaked, also pillows were all very lumpy, we had to ask for toilet rolls and sugar after room had been serviced, the room wasn't vacuumed or the sheets changed at all during a six night stay which is disappointing, especially when we were paying £149.00 a night
Staff were lovely.
Wish I known about all steps to negotiate. Knew there would be stairs but lots of steps all over. As a person with poor mobility i was most uncomfortable. I fell on arrival. It wasn't made clear on description. Won't be going again. Breakfast was overcooked and dry as if it had been standing.

Small 3 car carpark, but plenty of road parking.
Loved the decor it was very modern and made the room very appealing and cosy coffee maker in the room even though don't drink coffee it was a nice addition !!! Was a good price as well

The bedroom and en-suite basic and a bit tired.

A busy little pub but slightly soulless, staff polite but that’s all.
The property was clean and spacious with a large bedroom with a bright outlook. The staff were very helpful and hard working. Breakfast was excellent and the selection of food and drinks in the pub was very good.
Parking was on the road not on the premises.

Es fehlte das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und das Bad wurde während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Auf dem Treppich war ein großer Fleck. Die Dusche war sehr klein.
Die allgemeine Bewertung mit „Fabelhaft“ ist irreführend.
Could choose to delete some items from Menu if desired For example: Full English breakfast selected, but without black pudding or fried egg.
Would have liked socket in en-suite bathroom for electric razor and
rechargeable battery toothbrush.
Also - more space for on-site car parking, rather than using High Street which was restricted in places, as should not block driveways of other properties
