Great place if you’re staying only in Goyang
Pros:

Very clean , extremely good room service and not expensive

Cons:

Charging to use the swimming pool $35 AUD for a swim is outrageous.
Also the hotel is too far from Seoul CBD
Breakfast is really expensive as well.

전밤적으로 관리가 미흡한 듯 . 처음에 들어간 방은 에어컨 문제가 있어서 (냉방이 제대로 되지
않아 소음이 심하고 방이 꿉꿉) 방을 교체 하였는데 , 그 곳은 룸 전화기가 작동 되지
않어 프론트 데스크 및 어떤 요청도 불가 였음…
그리고 카드키 작동도 제대로 되지
않음 .이런 5성급 처음 ……..

Excellent experience. 
Pros:

Bathroom is very clean. People are very nice and easy to call a taxi.

Cons:

There are not many restaurants. It’s not easy to find a good dinner around when you are traveling alone.

It was a fantastic stay. Staffs also are very accomodating and friendly.
Pros:

The location which is Near KINTEX and the buffet.

Cons:

Everything went well. Although there are times that the hotel key card did not function properly but they managed to fix it and change a new card after it happened twice.

주위 환경뿐 아니라 친절하고
밤에도 맥주나 차등 여과를 즐길수 있는편의 시설과 맛있는 호텔 음식 가성비도 좋고 애완견도 가능

Cons:

차 타거나 택시를 타고 나가야한다는 아쉬움
코엑스나 수영장 운행되는 버스 노선을 만들어 주셨으면합니다.

중국인들이 많아 다소 시끄러울때가 많고 식당에서도 보기싫은 장면 연출 음식을 가져간다는것등 보기 불편했음
