Vista Bonita - Gay and Lesbian Only Resort

I have to say that the staff really makes this hotel. I need to mention David and Eduardo from the bar - they were absolutely delightful and so kind and so welcoming. Also Mariola and Alejandro from the housekeeping staff - these people really made this holiday for me. I have stayed here before but it was many years ago and the staff have since changed. I will certainly now return simply for the warm welcome I received. I usually spend most of my holiday in Maspalomas at the beach, but this week I only went once as the atmosphere at the hotel was so nice that I preferred to spend my days there. David and Eduardo made the pool bar so much fun and they both made the most wonderful cocktails! And Mariola and Alejandro were so attentive and kind, they really made me feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is a little walk away from the beach and the nightlife of the Yumbo, but I would certainly choose to stay there again simply for the terrific staff that, as a single person on holiday, made me feel so welcome and so at home.

The resort has a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and willing to help. The bungalows are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the pool area is beautiful and peaceful. I also appreciated how respectful and inclusive the environment was, making it easy to feel comfortable throughout my stay.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning, and the cocktails served by the pool were excellent.

A special thank you to Mariola, David and Eduardo, who made my stay even more enjoyable with their kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Finally, I will truly miss Marta, the property’s cat. She became my little friend and companion during my stay, always greeting me and making my days even more special.

Desde el dia de la reserva, la conversacion con Raúl fue muy buena, a la llegada: Eduardo se encargó de hacernos sentir como los primos que hace tiempo no ves. Su naturalidad y amabilidad hicieron que todo fuera facil desde la puerta. Desayuno con Ayoze donde no falto de nada y a disfrutar el dia con este equipo maravilloso 👏

A stunning more personal resort than the bigger hotels. The staff ensure you are well looked after. I highly recommend a visit.
The view from the room is amazing!
Raúl on reception was a perfect host, put me at ease as it was my 1st time here.
On the bar/breakfast David and Eduardo ensured that I was looked after and the breakfast was beautiful start to the day.
Finally housekeeping - Alejandro and Inma are very attentive and are busy every day making sure i had enough towels/coffee.

I have already looked at booking back in at later the year.


Also the wine on arrival is such a lovely touch

I’ve visited many times and this resort never disappoints. Great location and facilities. The standard of accommodation, friendly atmosphere and amazing staff keep me coming back.

Mariola and Ayoze are brilliant staff members - always cheerful and helpful. Great service.

El hotel es una maravilla de lugar. Todo el personal son encantadores y hacen que te sientas como en casa desde la llegada. Desde Raúl en recepción, hasta Ayoze, Eduardo, Lolo o Valerio en el bar de la piscina. Además, Mariola y todo el equipo de limpieza son estupendos. ¡Nos encantará volver pronto!

Llevamos ya 6 años eligiendo este hotel para nuestras vacaciones y eso, por sí solo, creo que lo dice todo. Cada vez que volvemos sentimos que regresamos a casa.

El ambiente es inmejorable: cómodo, divertido, relajado y con un equipo humano que hace que la estancia sea realmente especial. Todo el personal consigue que te sientas como en familia desde el primer día.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Ayoze, Mariola, Eduardo, Lolo y Alejandro, que siempre nos reciben con una sonrisa, con una atención excepcional y haciendo que cada detalle cuente. Personas así marcan la diferencia y convierten unas buenas vacaciones en una experiencia inolvidable.

Es un lugar que recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Mientras podamos, seguiremos volviendo cada año. ¡Gracias por hacer que cada estancia sea tan especial!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el alojamiento y queremos dejar constancia especial del personal, que ha hecho que la estancia sea aún más agradable.
En recepción, Dorian nos atendió desde el primer momento con una sonrisa y una cercanía que se agradece muchísimo. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así cuando llegas.
En el servicio de limpieza, Mariola ha sido encantadora❤️. Todo impecable, con un trato discreto pero muy atento.
Y en la zona de piscina, tanto Ayoze como Eduardo han sido de diez. Siempre atentos, con buen humor, cercanos y haciendo que el ambiente fuese muy agradable. Se nota cuando hay gente que disfruta de su trabajo y lo transmite. Ellos son uno de los motivos por el cual convierte el complejo en nuestro favorito.❤️❤️

Gracias a todos ellos por su profesionalidad y por hacer que la experiencia haya sido tan buena. Sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia ha sido el personal. Convierten el lugar en algo mágico y familiar .

Special Mention to Ayoze for giving us a fab breakfast every morning, remembered our coffee orders and always has a beaming smile in the morning! And Eduardo for always being behind the bar and during the day, with a cheeky smile! Cleaning staff also so friendly, Mauola and Douan! Always ready to help out with whatever you need.

We will definetly be back. They really do treat you like family coming back home. Thanks so much for a lovely holiday.

The Accomodation was spacious and clean and smelt lovely on arrival. Complimentary wine left which was a lovely gesture. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for our stay.
