약 2주 동안 이 숙소에 머물렀지만, 안타깝게도 매우 실망스럽고 불편한 경험이었습니다.
가장 큰 문제는 호텔 내 공사로 인한 지속적인 소음과 먼지였습니다. 옥상 직원 숙소로 보이는 공간의 공사가 제가 머무는 내내 진행되고 있었고, 소음과 먼지가 상당했습니다. 그러나 예약 당시에는 공사에 대한 어떠한 안내도 없었습니다. 객실과 복도에는 공기청정기조차 없어서 더욱 불편했습니다. 또한 복도에는 공사 자재가 방치되어 있어 투숙객의 안전까지 우려되는 상황이었습니다.
하우스키핑 서비스는 기대 이하였습니다. 2주 동안 머무는 동안 객실 청소가 단 한 번도 이루어지지 않았고, 화장실 휴지조차 보충되지 않았습니다. 전반적인 객실 관리 상태는 매우 미흡했습니다.
직원들의 태도 역시 실망스러웠습니다. 브런치를 준비해 주시는 여사님 한 분만 친절하셨고, 특히 프런트 데스크 직원들은 전반적으로 불친절하고 무성의한 인상을 주었습니다. 또한 남성 하우스키핑 직원 손님이 이용 중인 좁은 엘리베이터에 세탁물이 가득 실린 카트를 밀어 넣는 경우가 있었으며, 고객 응대 방식도 불편하게 느껴졌습니다.
브런치는 오전 9시부터 10시까지 단 1시간만 제공되었습니다. 뷔페식이 아니라 직원 한 분이 직접 음식을 만들어 주는 방식이었고, 커피에 넣을 우유조차 준비되어 있지 않았습니다. 숙소 규모를 고려하면 매우 아쉬운 수준이었습니다.
또 다른 문제는 장애인 편의시설이었습니다. 호텔 전체에 장애인 화장실이 단 하나뿐이었습니다. 저는 예약 전에 장애인 화장실이 있는 객실을 요청하는 메시지를 남겼지만, 체크인 전까지 어떠한 답변도 받지 못했습니다.
무엇보다 가장 실망스러웠던 점은 숙소의 전반적인 수준이었습니다. 이곳은 스스로를 호텔이라고 홍보하고 있지만, 실제 시설과 서비스는 일반적으로 기대하는 호텔 수준에 훨씬 못 미쳤습니다. 솔직히 말하면 호텔이라기보다는 모텔에 가까운 느낌이었으며, 이름만 호텔로 바꿔 놓은 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다.
2주 동안 머무르는 동안 기대했던 편안한 숙박 경험은 얻을 수 없었습니다. 공사 소음과 먼지, 전혀 이루어지지 않은 객실 청소, 안전 문제, 부족한 고객 서비스, 그리고 예약 전에 중요한 정보를 고지하지 않은 점 등으로 인해 매우 실망스러운 숙박이었습니다. 앞으로는 예약 전에 공사 여부와 실제 시설 상태를 투숙객에게 정확하게 안내해야 한다고 생각합니다.

I stayed at this property for approximately two weeks, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
The biggest issue was the constant noise and dust caused by construction work within the hotel. Construction on what appeared to be the staff accommodation on the rooftop was ongoing throughout my entire stay. The noise and dust were significant, yet there was no mention of any construction work when I made my reservation. There were no air purifiers in either the hallways or the guest rooms, which made the situation even worse. In addition, construction materials were left in the hallways, creating a potential safety hazard for guests.
The housekeeping service was far below expectations.

Excellent location close to entertainment, shopping and public transport, making it very easy to get around Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the Seoul skyline was fantastic. Small detail, but the shower gel smelled like lychee and was honestly amazing. Great overall location for exploring Hongdae.
The rooms don’t seem particularly soundproof. On the first night around 2am, a group of drunk guests were running through the corridor screaming, which was very disruptive. I also opened the window on arrival and found cigarette butts and rubbish jammed into the window frame which fell out when opened. The small blue light on the mirror was extremely bright at night and needed covering to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the master light switch beside the bed wasn’t working, meaning lights had to be switched off at the entrance and then walking back to the bed or bathroom in the dark.
