Perfect, accommodating, ready, attentive,

room is really clean but quite small for my taste. Even the bathroom is a bit small and I hit the edge of the door a few times before I got used to it.

The experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Room is clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. The area is also convenient because the mall is beside of the hotel.

Argen, the night front desk clerk, was simply outstanding.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and each time I came down to the front dining area, Argen was there with a smile and ready to assist. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for guests truly set her apart.
One example that speaks volumes about her dedication occurred at 3:00 in the morning when she graciously prepared a cup of chamomile tea for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflected the exceptional level of service she consistently provides.
Her customer service is well beyond five stars. In my travels, I have encountered many hospitality professionals, and Argen ranks among the very best. She is one of the greatest assets that the Seda Centrio team has.
I strongly recommend recognizing her for her outstanding work and using her approach to guest service as a model for others. Employees like Argen are the reason guests return and recommend a hotel to family and friends.

We had a lovely time at Seda. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean. Its location is very convenient. Close to the mall where you can grab anything you need, and close to downtown. The breakfast buffet always hits the spot. Rhea and Jeff Clark provided a good dining experience. They were attentive to our needs.

Had a wonderful stay at Seda Centrio. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help.

What truly stood out for me, though, was the food. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything I tried was flavorful and well-prepared. It wasn’t just the usual hotel breakfast—it was something I genuinely looked forward to every morning. The quality, taste, and selection exceeded my expectations.

The hotel’s location beside the mall is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, made even more memorable by the excellent dining experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cagayan de Oro.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere and the service is excellent. I have been here before they renovated and the hotel really levelled up after the renovation. Carlito served us well during breakfast, always making sure we have what we needed.

It’s connecting Ayala Mall. The rooms are clean and have enough space. The staff were very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was decent.
