Will stay again for the convenience.
Pros:

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, satisfying breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Service was inconsistent. Water bottles and toiletries were some days refilled, most days left as is. For the breakfast buffet, I thought it was pretty much self service until my last day where the staff offered options straight from the kitchen that I did not know were available until then.

The disabled shower floor drained to the entire bathroom. The shower area did not have slope to drain. Forced to move to another room.

Almost Seda, but no there yet.

Cons:

If you’ve been to other Sedas before, then you’ll be disappointed. The rooms were smaller, the restaurant is too crowded and in terms of area, it is small for a big hotel. No outdoor space- 2 sides of the pool was the perimeter fence and 1 was part of the building.

Quick Trip
Pros:

The location and rooms were awesome! However, during my stay there was a huge earthquake that hit the city.

I’d like to commend the entire hotel staff for their handling of the situation especially since guests had to evacuate the building.
