Good location next to the train station. Super Friendly staff at reception on Sunday morning (a lady).

Cons:

The guy at reception on Saturday morning (very early am) was not very friendly and not very helpful.

Irritating
Pros:

The location was close to train and bus stations, and to art galleries. Reasonably priced compared to similar hotels in Bergen.

Cons:

Despite having prepaid I was made to register my credit card which I find unacceptable. This did not happen at any other of the hotels wee stayed in in Norway. On arrival quite a queue at reception which was slow as staffed by only a single person. So after a long journey this was not the welcome we had hoped for. Industrial action meant no dining options and no forewarning about this. We were also given a disabled room without any comment about this.
The plug for the kettle in the room was well away from where the kettle was located and in a very awkward position.

Outstanding service
Pros:

From check-in to checkout the service provided was outstanding. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very convenient location to train and harbor and funicular.

Pros:

Ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffe!
Zentrale Lage: Der Zug zum Flughafen ist ganz nah
Man kann gut ins Zentrum laufen, es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar
Das Hotel ist im Innern sehr schön
Der mini-Laden beim Eingang ist recht praktisch für kleine Snacks oder wenn man noch Zahnpasta etc. braucht.

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf eine Betonterrasse war nicht gerade berauschend...aber es war auch nicht so schlimm, denn die meiste Zeit ist man ja unterwegs, um sich die Stadt anzuschauen

Legjobb helyen van Bergen és környékének bejárására.
Pros:

Szép, csendes szálloda, a legjobb elhelyezkedéssel, reptérről könnyen elérhető villamossal, közvetlen közelében a vasútállomás. Túrázásra, városnézésre szuper. A reggeli kiváló, széles kínálat, gluténmentes opciók is vannak.
