Pros:

Almost everything was good. Excellent breakfast comfortable room and beds.

Cons:

Parking is a bit remote and poor explanation concerning this. But free.
Some of the staff at reception aren't kind an cooperative.

Nicely situated, perfectly comfortable, but otherwise pretty standard hotel. Nothing fancy.
Pros:

A solid, practical choice for Bergen. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for exploring the city on foot. It's very close to Kode art galleries, Grieghallen concert hall, the historic Bryggen district, the famous fish market, the train station, and high street shopping. But many hotels can make this claim because Bergen is a pretty compact and very walkable city. Good value by Norwegian standards.

Cons:

It is by no means a destination hotel. Could be a hotel anywhere in the world. There is nothing particularly special or distinctive about the architecture or the design. No local Norwegian character. Not much of a view either, even from the 11th floor. But it’s clean and comfortable, a good base for exploring Bergen. Treat as place to sleep, not to linger.

Établissement très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville, chambre spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipe. Très bon petit déjeuner

A little disappointing. Good location for the train station but customer service was not great
Pros:

The location was good for us as it was next to the train station and only 10 minutes from the main town.

Cons:

We had specifically requested a twin room and we were told that there were none available when we arrived. They gave us a camp bed instead. The other room we had looked on to the buffet restaurant so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. The rooms are poorly lit and in need of refurbishment. The whole operation seems to be set up for coach trips. For the price I paid I was expecting it to be a much better hotel than it was.

sauf erreur de ma part, j'avais commandé des lits jumeaux sur votre plateforme. Mais sur le "voucher" indiquait lit double. mince. lit d'appoint proposé et imposé pour 6 nuits gratuitement. Pas de discussion à l'accueil, hôtel complet, échange avec les hôtesses tout de même agréable. Pour 6 nuits un effort de changement de chambre aurait été convenable. hôtel complet effectivement mais avec un turn-over de car tous les jours. nuit à 265 euros pour info

Cozy and convenient
Pros:

Super convenient location, near the central station. The room was spacious and the bathtub was nice.

Cons:

I was satisfied with everything, but if I had to write something, it would be that my room’s window was looking inside the hotel and I didn’t have much view of the outside.
