Le petit-déjeuner proposait un très grand choix de produits, et tout était délicieux. Le lit était très confortable, la chambre disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires, et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal.
Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits et avions demandé un service de ménage un jour sur deux. Malheureusement, le ménage était peu soigné. Le bureau n'a jamais été nettoyé pendant tout notre séjour. Un jour, nous avons même trouvé un verre sale dans la salle de bain. De plus, les draps n'ont jamais été changés jusqu'à ce que nous en fassions la demande le cinquième jour.
Nous avons laissé nos bagages pendant environ trois heures après le check-out. Cependant, la consigne ne nous a pas semblé suffisamment sécurisée : les bagages étaient laissés dans une pièce dont la porte restait ouverte, et nous avons pu les récupérer sans aucun contrôle.
Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 10 h 30. Il serait appréciable qu'il soit prolongé jusqu'à 11 h, ce qui offrirait un peu plus de flexibilité aux clients.
Nous pensons que ces points pourraient être améliorés afin d'offrir une meilleure expérience aux clients.
Loved everything about this hotel, rooms were clean, spacious. Great location close to train station and city centre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big bathroom with lots of hot water.. Excellent breakfast. It was very good value, hotels in Norway are not cheap but this was the best value of all the ones I stayed in.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The location is super central. The price for a single night was acceptable.
This is a lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. It is really beautifully designed and has fantastic views if you are on a higher floor. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It's a 10 minute walk to the main harbour, but we enjoyed this. Very close to the bus station, if you are using flybussen to get from the airport.
