Good location. Great breakfast! So much choice. Nice communal areas. Close to station.

Cons:

Entrance nearest to station was wrecked and closed. Bit of a mess!
Welcome wasn’t brilliant. We were allocated a room on arrival which looked NOTHING like the room Booking.com illustrated. Guy was rather unfriendly. We returned to reception and were given a much better room but not spotless - so we settled for that as we were tired and didn’t want to cause too much trouble. Door badly marked in room. Restaurant was closed and booking.com should have told us beforehand!

Comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Great location - walkable to all sights and right next to a big shopping centre with groceries and takeaway food. Breakfast was excellent - varied hot and cold options, including lactose free milks/yoghurt.

Cons:

Minor things only - would have been nice to have a second pillow each (only one flat pillow each supplied for queen bed). It also would have been good to have dairy free coffee creamers/milk sachets supplied in the hotel room.

Pros:

The hotel is located close to both the bus and train stations, and it’s about 500 meters from the city center. I would highlight the breakfast buffet, which is truly extensive, and the staff at both the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

As a woman, the surrounding area and nearby buildings did not inspire much confidence. I would not feel comfortable walking there alone in the evening

Rommet var stort, og personalene jobber ganske raske og hyggelige.

Cons:

Vi bestiller rom med innsjøen utsikt, men vi får rom i andre siden. Og med en gang vi kommer inn på toalett, kjenner vi dårlig lukt fra toalettet (men det er bedre etter hvert).
