Overall cleanliness. Food not great. Always fumigating so it smells. Lift broke down the last time I was there.

The location and the friendly staff

Cons:

The property needs updating the bathroom needs an intensive cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom was full of algae and mound. The flooring in the bedroom was unstable and slaps on floor was coming off making the flooring very uneven
