Pros:

Very easy direct access to beach. Nice pools and areas to lounge around the pool. Public areas were very well-maintained. Only meal we had at the resort was breakfast, which was very high quality and extensive. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

While our room was spacious and had all the amenities we wanted, the air conditioning did not work as well as we would have expected. As a result, the bedroom and main bath stayed humid throughout our stay.

Amazing stay at the Epic Sana, we didn’t want to leave
Pros:

The grounds and hotel were absolutely beautiful, clearly a 5 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pools were beautiful and the surrounding areas were well kept. All the staff were so wonderful, they really made the stay special for us.

Cons:

My only issue was the bed, it was a bit too firm however, this is personal preference! I was provided with a mattress topper which definitely made a difference, I really appreciated the staff being so accommodating.

Es hat uns gut gefallen bin aber nicht sicher ob wir nochmals wiederkommen Essen Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr sauber nettes Personal Nähe zum Meer gut, dass man einen Liegestuhl an der Rezeption reservieren konnte. Die Restaurants waren auf einem guten Niveau. Preislich teilweise etwas zu hoch selbst für uns Schweizer die das ja gewohnt sind.

Cons:

Das Buffet-Restaurant ist leider nicht gut zu wenig Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen waren nicht gut wir waren dort nur einmal zum Essen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war auch keine 5 Sterne wenig Auswahl da sind wir uns anderes gewohnt. Schade wir würden gerne wiederkommen, aber das ist zurzeit eher ein Killer-Kriterium.

Pros:

Wunderschön gelegen. Topfreundliches Hotelpersonal. Vom Valletparking bis zum Poolpersonal. Auch nur ein paar vereinzelte Reservierer am Morgen aber nicht wie sonst. Jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser und Nespressokapseln, das ist super

Great stay overall, but need to review the dinner drink policy
Pros:

Amazing views , friendly staff, organized fitness classes and a nice cliff walk, quality food, good variety

Cons:

The fact that you couldn’t get a free glass of water with your dinner is absurd. At breakfast you can get all kinds of drinks including champagne, they also deliver 2 bottles of water every day to your room, yet for dinner you have to pay for your water. We ended up bringing the water from our room to dinner

Bardzo luksusowy obiekt, jednak w tym roku widać spadek jakości
Pros:

Byliśmy w tym hotelu po raz drugi. Za pierwszym razem we wrześniu 2024 było wręcz idealnie, bajecznie, epicko. Wtedy dałam 10/10. Hotel poleciłam także wielu przyjaciołom. Hotel jest cichy, elegancki, luksusowy. Duży atut to podgrzewany basen zewnętrzny. Nielimitowane ręczniki plażowe, które można wymieniać kiedy się chce to także wielki atut. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Pokoje duże i czyste.

Cons:

Niestety w tym roku widać spadek jakości. Zwłaszcza basen prosi się o remont. Odpadnięte płytki, wyskrobane czarne fugi.... W pokoju nie jest uzupełniana woda w butelkach, wcześniej ręczniki w pokoju wymieniane były dwa razy dziennie teraz już tylko raz. Obsługa choć bardzo kulturalna tak naprawdę nie była pomocna. Nie było możliwości zmiany pokoju ani przedłużenia pobytu nawet o 1 godzinę (!). Czy wrócimy? Nie wiem....

Wonderful
Pros:

The property was really lovely - the location is beautiful. The interior of the property is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and professional - unlike a very well known nearby hotel.

Cons:

The ONLY thing we didn’t like about the property was the fact that you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and that there are no facilities on the beach (changing or toilets).

Beyond our expectations
Pros:

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The food was amazing, our room was spacious, the beach was one of the kind, the staff was always very helpful.
