- Lima Restaurant (apartments) – open August and September

Pros:

Dit is echt een 5-sterren hotel. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers, ideaal gelegen, super faciliteiten! We gaan zeker terug!

Très bien, mais je dirai plutôt que c'est un hôtel 4.5 * qu'un véritable 5*. Quelques détails encore
Pros:

Piscine ouverte 24/24h.
Plusieurs piscines + accès plage pas loin.
Serviettes piscine et plages disponibles à plusieurs endroits.
Plusieurs restaurants.
Excursions programmables avec le personne de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les serveurs débarrassent trop vite les assiettes, dans les buffets, aux tables des clients. C'est parfois dérangeant, on dirait qu'ils essaient de trop gagner du temps.
Dans les piscines, 2 piscines ou le socle au pied bougeait, car pas fixé et dessous un trou de 20 cm.
Demandent parfois du cash pour régler des excursions.
Certains ingrédients laissaient à désirer au buffet pour un 5*: miel mélangé d'Ukraine et d'ailleurs par exemple, et peu de choix dans le buffet Lima le matin. Beaucoup mieux au buffet Abyad.

Zbyt maly wybor w stosunku do innych hoteli o tym samym standardzie. Powinno byc wiecej do wyboru

Cons:

w stosunku do ceny za hotel lezaki na wydzielonej plazy hotelu powinny byc w cenie natomiast za wszystko trzeba bylo placic dodatkowo. Lezak z parasolem Eur 50 za dzien a loza Eur 120. Pierwszy raz spotkalismy sie z taka sytuacja. Rowniez napoje byly w bardzo zawyzonej cenie. Kawaleczek dalej i lezaki kosztowaly Eur 21 za dzien z parasolem. Hotel nie powinien za lezaki pobierac dodatkowej oplaty!!!!

Hotel belíssimo no Algarve, praia a uma corta descida de escadas, 3 piscinas, bons restaurantes.

Great hotel
Pros:

The beach access and views are breathtaking. There is great food and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. Great for families. Kids enjoyed the pools and the beach a lot.

Don't Stay Here!
Pros:

The only positive was the room for 3 was very big. The buffet however was very good for breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

NOT A 5 STAR RESORT!!
I frequently travel to fine hotels and this is definitly not a 5 star resort, mostly due to the staff. No one greeted us at the entrance and no welcome drink or cool towel. The female conceirges all had unhappy faces on and were barely approachable. The beds in the suite were not that of a 5 star hotel. nor the pillows or linens. The only positive was the room for 3 was very big. Also this is family friendly resort not adults only. Yoga instructor basically taught a stretch class not yoga. The buffet however was very good for breakfast and lunch. No water view anywhere! have to walk far and to public beach area and PAY for your lounge chair. Skip staying at this resort.

Pros:

Em frente à praia, tudo muito prático, funcionários excecionais.

Cons:

Não ter acesso a toldos, aparentemente todos reservados embora estivessem vazios, tivemos de comprar um guarda sol, o que não é de esperar dum 5 estrelas. Música constante na zona da piscina (quem vai para este hotel quer descansar, não estar sujeito às escolhas do hotel).

We had a great time but maybe 'epic' should be changed to 'average'
Pros:

The room was a decent size with a lovely view. The Gourmet restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

The lack of sunbeds around the pool/on the beach - definitely need more there aren't enough to go round.
The bathroom was rather 'open plan' to the bedroom with sliding frosted glass panels.

Największym atutem jest położenie hotelu obok pięknej, otoczonej klifami plaży. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Bardzo dobre w bufecie, we włoskiej restauracji przepyszne

Pobyt v hoteli prekonal moje očakávania (úplný relax a chill) - výborná poloha, služby, vybavenie, prostredie, personál, bazény, jedlo a samozrejme pláž Falésia!!! Hotel má jednu z najpríjemnejších recepcií aké som kedy v hoteli navštívil. Je zrejmé, že nehnuteľnosť nie je novopostavená, avšak môžem konštatovať, že personál sa príkladne stará o celý komplex a je vidno, že všetko postupne upgradujú. Určite je stále sa v čom zlepšovať, ale pobytom tu určite neurobíte chybu a ja sa 100 % ešte vrátim. Hotelu prajem veľa spokojných klientov a odporúčam pokračovať v nastavenom trende inovácií.
