Good location, comfortable but upgrade needed to be a true 5 star
Pros:

Good location in the city. Comfortable bedding, beautiful views of Lisbon and the pool is a very nice touch (Need to arrive before it opens to secure a sunbed). Breakfast was substantial.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at the other Epic Sana in Lisbon and this one is a very different hotel. Not as modern or updated. This one is very outdated with the brown furniture and carpet, rooms are a bit tired and bathroom could use an update. The towels were all very worn, ripped and very thin.

Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed here 3,years ago and Rodrigo remembered me. Excellent customer service they are all concierges and helped me regarding my trip to Sintra. Monica was amazing. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing except when I was having dinner at the hotel the door to outside was open and I smelled the cigarette smoke. The dinner was excellent x 2 nights and the staff were professional.

Pros:

La chambre était incroyable (la douche sublime), le petit déjeuner un vrai festin et la piscine un vrai plus très agréable pour finir la journée.

La localisation est bien, mais pas directement dans le centre

Excellent location and facilities (pools!) - maybe lacking a bit of 5 Star appeal.
Pros:

Centrally situated hotel - 10mins taxi from most major destinations. Very clean with excellent staff. Individual highlights include Breakfast - excellent standard with a wonderful selection; Pools - option of indoor pool (Spa) or rooftop outside pool

Cons:

No real feature restuarant similar to other 5 Star hotels - with a view or major attraction to dine in-house. External frontage is quite tired and shabby in places. Rooms are fine but lack a little luxurious feel.
