L'emplacement à quelques minutes de la gare et le fait d'être dans la rue principale directement. C'est vivant.
Le petit-déjeuner est moyen. Les croissants pas assez cuits, des bananes noires. Et le fait qu'une fois les groupes de touristes du service de 7h00 ont déjeuné, il reste les restes.

観光地も目の前で駅から近いので便利
ドライヤーが古く止まってしまったので受付に行くと嫌そうに対応された。結局ドライヤーのオーバーヒートで壊れていないと突き返されてしまった。
また、個人的に英語があまり得意ではないので昔ながらの受付や朝食会場でなにも案内がないことにかなり困った。

Kristianne at the front desk was lovely. She helped us navigate the trains and gave us great tips for shopping.She also let us know we would receive 15% off dinner in the hotel restaurant , so we ate there two nights and the food and service was excellent. The room was spacious and we had a great balcony . It was across from a construction site, but we still had a view of the Matterhorn and relaxed on the balcony with breakfast. The WiFi was excellent, location close to the train station on a main shopping/ dining street, beds were comfortable and bathroom was larger than most of the European hotel baths. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices.
It would be good to have a fan or a/c because it was hot overnight, but the balcony door tipped in for some fresh air.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, and from the exterior it looks nice
but to say our room was a disappointment would be an understatement. It was a bizarre in that the room in sq meters was probably fine, but it was long and narrow. Other than the bed, the only furniture was an old desk and chair that Ikea would have been ashamed of, plus a old wardrobe pushed sideways into a corner. To top it off, the room did have a balcony, but it looked straight out at the back of the neighbouring building, less than a meter or two away. In fact, I could step down off the balcony onto the roof of the neighbouring garage. It has to be the only room in Zermat with absolutely no view! It should have been used as a storage room rather than given to paying guests. We are not sure what we did wrong to get this room, rather then the pleasant ones they show in the photos. Especially since we were not in peak season. fortunately most of the other hotel rooms we had in Switzerland were brilliant - but not this one.
