とても満足、チェルマットに行く際は再度利用したいです。
Pros:

綺麗で清潔感もありました！朝ごはんは下のレストランでビュッフェスタイル。とても美味しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの時間に行ったら受付に人がおらず、電話したら出てきてくれました。もし英語が全く話せない方だと、とても困りそうだなと思いました。

Pros:

La posizione centralissima, la camera molto carina con terrazzo affacciato sulla via principale, la presenza di prese USB e USB-C ai lati del letto e anche in altre posizioni, utilissime per caricare i vari dispositivi
Vicina alla stazione del treno shuttle da Täsch

Cons:

Praticamente niente da criticare, avrei gradito la presenza di un bollitore con qualche bustina di caffè

Pros:

Location was perfect, good value for money, room and amenities are new and fresh. Room can see Matterhorn. Near to Gornegrat bahn station. Convenient to get food and shopping. Love the balcony. Love the decor and ambience. Kind staff to allow us to check in early and check out slightly late. Breakfast croissants were crispy and freshly baked.

Cons:

Water pressure rated 8 out of 10. But still ok to shower. Prefer the bathroom window to be tinted or semi blur for privacy. Otherwise all is good.

C'est un hôtel très agréable avec de belles chambres qui sentent bon l'Arolle. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain moderne, ce sont des belles chambres. Bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité d'y manger à midi et le soir. A 5 quelques minutes à pied depuis la gare. C'est très agréable. On est directement dans la rue principale.

Great location and great accommodation.

Cons:

All good but the staff didnt ask me to pay the city tax in cash but after I paid with my card, she was being sarcastic about paying the amount with card. And it wasn’t a great experience.
