Gutes City Hotel mit Luft nach oben beim Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer sauber, Anlage gepflegt, unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof, aber ruhig

Cons:

Rührei war Matsche. Personal darauf hingewiesen, war sehr abweisend.
Ansonsten Frühstück sehr gut.
Leider sehr voll.
Zehn Minuten auf einen Platz gewartet.

Unangenehm ist, dass man am Abreisetag die Koffer nur gegen Gebühr und Online-Buchung in Schließfächern lagern kann. Kostenlose Lagerung der Koffer sollte zum selbstverständlichen Service eines Hotels gehören.
Ansonsten ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel!

Ideal para estancia en Berlín y alrededores
Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado en la zona del Bundestag y de la Puerta de Brandeburgo, con buena relación calidad precio y muy bien insonorizado a pesar de estar cercano a la estación central de Berlín.

Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer war nicht zu klein und sauber. Großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet, für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Größe des Frühstücksraumes passt nicht zu der Anzahl der Zimmer. Manche Gäste mussten (Zeit 08:00 Uhr) doch einige Zeit warten, bis ein Platz frei wurde.
Kommunikation zwischen Hotel und Gästen erfolgt in erster Linie in englischer Sprache (E-Mail, Informationen A-Z über den Fernseher im Zimmer, Frage nach der Zimmer-Nr. ...).

Top Lage; sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Infos beim Check-In (z.B. über die gebuchte Kaution); gebührenpflichtige, sehr teure Kofferaufbewahrung wäre für mich Grund, künftig woanders zu übernachten (das gehört für mich zum Standardservice eines Hotels)

Die Lage am HBF ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Cons:

WLAN - Passwort nur auf Anfrage, Geschäftsreisenden vorbehalten. Mein Einzelzimmer hatte eine Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer....geöffnet!
Musste auf Nachfrage erst verschlossen werden.
Leider kein Teekocher vorhanden. Frühstück war okay.
Für den Preis mehr erwartet!

Gewohnter guter Standard der Intercityhotels. Schnelle Abwicklung und ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sofort gelöst.

Cons:

Die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück glich der in einer Bahnhofshalle. Die Qualität des Angebotes war aber gut.
