This hotel is definitely nowhere near a 4-star standard — 2 stars at best!
The location is good, and the surrounding area has decent infrastructure. The room seemed clean at first glance, but once you look a little closer, you notice the dust.
There are no proper coat hooks or hangers by the entrance. The only hangers provided were thin metal ones that couldn’t even hold a jacket properly. No shoehorn, not even basic amenities such as small bottles of water.
And this hotel claims to be 4 stars!
The carpet is covered in stains, the walls are dirty, the curtains are far from clean, and the entire hotel feels old and outdated.
Breakfast was ok nothing fancy.
And let’s talk about the beds — seriously, what were you thinking? The beds provided for one adult and a teenager weren’t even proper single beds, let alone comfortable ones.
Overall, this hotel is nowhere near the standard it advertises. Very disappointing! The remote control of TV didn’t work!! They advertise themselves as a 4-star hotel, but the reality is far from that standard. Even basic amenities, such as slippers, are missing. The men at the reception were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, the service and facilities do not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. If you have the option, choose another hotel! I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Die Lage ist super, U Bahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Der Teppich war schon sehr dreckig und hatte viele Flecken. Sollte dringend erneuert werden. Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Oft wurden die Speisen nicht nachgefüllt

Cons:

Die Wände beschädigt, an den Deckenlampen Staub, die Türstöcke im Bad vom Wasser aufgelöst und verfärbt. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt - der Bezug der Stühle kaputt. Die Gläser verschmutzt. Haben dort auch nichts gefrühstückt sondern nur Kaffee getrunken. Im Eingangsbereich riecht es nach abgestandenem Rauch

Doručak je oskudniji, manja trpezarija. Soba nije čišćena, kante su bile neispražnjene i prepune i jako male. Dodatni ležaj je neudoban i skučen. Sam hotel je loš, hodnici neuređeni, praznih zidova, bez detalja.

Otel metro durakların çok yakın. Ulaşım açısından çok rahat bir yerde bulunuyor. Ana caddeye 5-6 dk da ulaşabilirsiniz ve bu cadde de her şey var. Bulunduğu sokak oldukça sakin ve sessizdi. Temizlik açısından da gayet iyi durumdaydı. Bir daha gelsem yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

Cons:

Oda da en azından bir kahve makinesi olabilirdi.
