Gute Lage, günstiger Preis, Frühstück in Ordnung, bequemes Bett, ruhiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Pros:

L'esperienza è stata positiva. Posizione molto comoda (a pochi minuti da una fermata della metropolitana). La colazione era più che soddisfacente. Il bagno era grande e confortevole (se ci fosse stato il bidet sarebbe stato anche meglio, ma fuori dall'Italia è davvero difficile trovarlo). Una tenda per la doccia non sarebbe stata sgradita.

Cons:

C'è stato solo un problema che inizialmente ci ha messi in seria difficoltà: il divano letto preparato per i nostri due ragazzi. Entrambe le posizioni presentavano un forte avvallamento al centro, come se i letti fossero sfondati. Ce ne siamo accorti solo in tarda serata (siamo arrivati in hotel nel pomeriggio ma giusto per lasciare i bagagli, una rinfrescata e poi siamo usciti per cominciare la visita della città). L'orario non permetteva di avere un intervento tecnico da parte dello staff. Al limite avremmo potuto chiedere un'altra stanza, ma era quasi mezzanotte. Abbiamo provato ad alzare il materasso e abbiamo trovato diverse doghe del letto staccate dal telaio e cadute sul pavimento. Non senza fatica, le abbiamo rimesse a posto ed i letti sono tornati utilizzabili. Avremmo potuto riferirlo in reception il giorno successivo, ma avendo risolto la cosa in autonomia non abbiamo ritenuto opportuno farlo. Chiaramente invitiamo lo staff a fare maggiore attenzione.

El cuarto era muy amplio, el baño también, no se escucharon ruidos. El AC funcionaba ok para el calor intenso. La ubicación es buena, a 7 minutos caminando se llega a la estación del metro. Hay un market a unos pasos del hotel. El desayuno fue variado.

Cons:

Hubiese sido ideal que el personal fuese proactivo y nos recomendara sitios o tours en la ciudad o nos preguntara si necesitamos algo más. Asimismo, sería bueno que verifiquen bien las tarjetas de acceso al cuarto porque nos tocaron erradas.

Das Hotel war einfach super und die Gegend fantastisch .
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super . Es gab alles , .das Personal war sehr nett. Wir werden nochmal das Hotel besuchen .

Cons:

Bei der Rezeption gab es 4 Tage lang keine Bier , nur alkoholfrei . Schade . Ansonsten war alles gut.

Ausstattung (Safe nicht nutzbar, Wanne statt Dusche, TV: Auswahl der Fernsehprogramme/Bild- und Tonstörungen, keine Hotel-Infos im Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat eine Nacht nicht funktioniert und war auch sonst nicht besonders effektiv usw.)
Check in um 15.00 und keine Minute früher.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work. An attic room with temperatures of 30°C outside! After reading the online reviews, we found that several guests had reported the same issue weeks ago. Clearly, the hotel has known about this problem for a long time but has done nothing to fix it. Yet they continue to advertise and rent out the room as air-conditioned.

On top of that, the room was dirty. The carpet was covered in stains, the balcony was so filthy that it was impossible to sit on the chairs, and the bathroom smelled awful.

This hotel feels more like a one-star hotel than a place where you can expect a comfortable stay. Poor maintenance, poor hygiene, and an air conditioner that has apparently been left broken for weeks. Absolutely not recommended. The only good thing would be a refund!
