Overall lovely stay, location spot on, staff great, apartment lovely and suited us completely.
Pros:

Location was excellent for our purpose. Apartment was lovely, spacious and super cozy with all what was required.

Cons:

Little noisy in the morning with reversing trucks, squeaking wooden floors in passage. Parking was promised but not available within original costing had to park underground 5 minutes away at a cost of 60 pounds per day which I was able through negotiations get back with credit on accommodation not ideal though.

Exceptional, Amazing, Top Class
Pros:

Everything was amazing, from the service on arrival, supporting last minute parking, upgrade, quality of accommodation. The whole experience was 11/10 first class.

Property was very spacious. The whole place was spotless and well maintained. Liked the personal touch with our name on the tv to welcome us . Luxury linen - beds comfortable. Air conditioning great - temperature sat perfect within the property. Friendly reception

Clean & Well equipped and maintained, very comfy beds
Daily cleaning.
Easy check in/out
Ac was excellent (especially during my stay with up-normal heat wave!)

Cons:

I think due to design constrains you have 2 rooms in upper floor (L2) , 1 room in lower ground, kitchen & dining in ground…and setting in (L1)… lots of steps.

Mirror is needed in the room (now in toilet only).

Stayed in 21, master mixer needs little adjustment.
