Home with Hotel Service
Pros:

Our family of 4 stayed in a deluxe two bedroom apartment for 6 nights. It was the perfect base for our first visit to London. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood with cafes, groceries and a tube stop just a few steps away. We always looked forward to coming home after a long day of sightseeing and school tours. Daily housekeeping and the front desk team were amazing! Shout out to Stephanie and Thola for all your help and kind accommodations. Upgrade to a deluxe apartment - it is so worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Carpet beetles in our rooms on two separate stays: I recommend avoiding this property
Pros:

Cons:

On two separate stays at this property, we were given rooms where carpet beetles were present.
Carpet beetles are not just a minor nuisance. Their larvae can damage clothing, carpets, curtains, upholstery, and other items made from natural fibres.
On the first occasion, we discovered larvae early in the stay and were moved to the other end of the building. That resolved the immediate issue.
On the second occasion, during a two-week stay, we discovered several adult carpet beetles, as well as what appeared to be a pupal shell, with only a few days remaining. I also left an adult specimen in the kitchen before departure so that the property could identify it and investigate promptly.
Unfortunately, the property has since denied that there is any problem and has told us that its pest controller could not find evidence of an infestation.
As a result, our clothes and belongings are still in quarantine, and we have cancelled our planned return stay in September. This has been a very stressful experience, particularly given the risk of eggs or larvae being carried home in clothing or luggage.
I am leaving this review to warn other guests, especially those staying for longer periods or travelling with expensive clothing or natural-fibre items.

I presented them with a live specimen of an adult carpet beetle. The cleaning supervisor also photographed one. Additionally I provided photo evidence which included a pupal shell stuck to a curtain. I've also asked that their pest control contractor to contact me directly (or CC me into emails). The Cheval management have point blacked ignored all of this. I have not heard from the pest controller confirming/denying the presence of an infestation.

Upon returning 2 months later, we were given another room with adult carpet beetles in.
