The rooms are very comfortable and the location very good. The maintenance needs to be improved

Cons:

There was a wet drain on the carpet just before the bathroom entrance. It seemed like it had been there for a long time and had not been taken care of.

Good location but room was older.
Pros:

Location was ideal for my visit. Hotel was a nice size not huge but not small. Staff were all friendly and polite.

Cons:

My room was in east building and it was older and shows lots of wear and tear. The rooms in the main building were much nicer. The walls on my room had scuffed marks every where.

Pros:

Location, balcony and the view, beds, there is fridge and closet, bathroom is ok, we could keep the laggage there.

Cons:

Small space and not so clean. Black hair everywhere, (it’s not mine because mine is blond.)

Pros:

I loved the location and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. The pillows are too soft. I wish that there was different types of pillow fermness.

Приятный небольшой отель в спокойном районе.
Pros:

Мы брали номер без завтраков. Рядом много кафе, голодными не останетесь . В целом очень приятный тихий район с множеством локальных магазинчиков. Удобно добираться до многих достопримечательностей. Нам все понравилось

Cons:

Не смогли воспользоваться стиральной машиной из-за того, что она все время была занята стиркой вечером. Хотелось бы конечно иметь возможность сдать вещи в прачечную.

Pros:

部屋が広かった

Cons:

電気のボタンが壊れており、消灯できず、明るいまま寝なくてはならなかった。明日直すと言われたのに、結局翌日も直せないと言われ、2日間明るいまま寝ることになった。カードキーを抜いたら全て消せるよ言われたが、エアコンが無いと寝れないと伝えたら、エアコンだけはつくように設定したから大丈夫と言われたが、結局カードを抜いたらエアコンも切れたので、しかたなくカードをまた入れて明るいまま寝た。

Pros:

施設内に入ってからの静かさや、コンパクトだけど、上品なインテリア。館内に漂う香りも落ち着く香りで、エレベーター前の待ち時間にホッとしました。室内も、ゆったりとしたつくりで、シャワーの温度調節も問題なく、スーツケースを開いても余裕があり、よかったです。ダブルのお部屋だったからか、シングルステイでも、ミネラルウォーター２本もらえました。あと、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、快く、調整してくださいました。その節はありがとうございました。レストランがいつ見ても満員で、きっと美味しいから満員だと思うのに、1人でいきづらかったのが残念！

Cons:

立地が、思ったような場所でなかった。地下鉄新沙駅から、遠くはないが、１０分くらいは歩きます。途中、コンビニやカフェが多いので、不便ではありませんが、ほぼ日本語は通じません。どちらかというと、夜の呑み屋さん系でにぎわう通りの近くにあり、時間によっては、あまりきれいな場所ではありません。その分、建物に入ると、きれいで落ち着いていることにびっくりしました。隣の部屋？のドアの開け閉めは、けっこう、響きました。

Disappointing
Pros:

It was near to main streets and easy access to public transport. They saved my luggage before the check-in.

Cons:

The room had stains in the carpet, there were also stains in the bathroom tiles and it had dust in certain parts, I mentioned it to the concierge and told me that they would “throughly clean the bathroom”, but they didn’t. I even showed him a photo of the stains and a hair in a dusty place, the hair was still there when I returned to my room at night.
