first time come to this hotel. The hotel is near from anywhere. The food itself quite good, the dimsum have many variation and have main course like fried rice, fish, chicken, etc. Overall already good, the staff also have good attitude. The lobby atmosphere is very cool

Spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The atmosphere was festive yet comfortable, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A great place to welcome the new year feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel Redtop offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a strategic location in Jakarta. Breakfast variety is good, and overall service feels professional and reliable.

I almost feel guilty not writing this review, because I had such a pleasant stay here. It started with a smooth check-in process and a very friendly receptionist who made a great first impression.

The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh—really comfortable to stay in. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the restaurant staff were quick, helpful, and always friendly.

The location is another big plus. Being close to a food hub made the stay even more fun. The moment you step outside the hotel, you’re surrounded by tons of street food and local snacks.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d happily come back.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of food, including desserts. Staff members were courteous and helpful. The only issue was that the shower was slightly warmer than cold water, and there was no hot shower available. I reported to the hotel, but nothing was done.

We held a group meeting at Redtop Hotel and Conference Center on September 7–13, 2025 and were very impressed with the overall experience. The facilities were clean, professional, and well-equipped, and the food was excellent.

Special thanks to Darren, our Sales Representative, for his quick responses and efficient handling of our booking and requirements. We also appreciate the banquet team, whose attentiveness and smooth coordination made the event run flawlessly.
