Great location, fantastic staff and amazing breakfast.
Very nice staff, supporting us in everything and beyond! Rooms very nice and cosy with very modern bathrooms.
Very good breakfast and Italian dinner.
Everything was very good.
the fruit left in the room, the apples on reception, the welcome drink and the breakfast.
there wasn't much, maybe the aircon was too effective?.
A wonderful hotel with fabulous staff.
It was a pleasure to be a guest at the hotel.
The room was luxurious and catered for all our needs.
The location was ideal and allowed us easy access to central London.
Excellent boutique hotel. Very good breakfast selection. Rooms tend to be small but are nicely apportioned. Highly recommended!
Breakfast very good selection and room good location. Don’t think we should have had to pay extra for certain things on
Menu.
Didn’t agree with having to pay extra charge for items on breakfast menu.
This boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington has a great bar/restaurant with sidewalk tables. A very personable staff makes you feel welcome from check in to checkout. I enjoyed their beautiful breakfast each morning and cocktails in their bar each evening. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here
We were staying at a hotel around the corner but didn't fancy the breakfast available, we were lucky enough to find this absolute delight of a restaurant, which is part of the Xenia Hotel - 'La Terrazza'. Served by the fantastic waiter Albino, we were welcomed from the get go, the fact we weren't staying there was irrelevant; Albino explained brilliantly our choices of menu - go for the buffet - brilliant value for money. We were £33pp with two rounds of tea (we could have had more), three rounds of buffet - we didn't eat again until the aiport that night - a few olives around 3pm we just didn't need it. Very laid back, beautifully styled restaurant, thick linen napkins, wholemeal sourdough toasted to order (other bread choices were available) and service with a smile and huge character - thank you Albino - we will continue to recommend and will be back :-)
This was my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it has been consistently satisfying. Its location is excellent; the restaurant is top notch and the staff pleasant and helpful. The rooms are small but nicely done. What I truly love is that I can open the windows and get some fresh air. My only complaint is that the bathroom being quite small is a bit of a challenge but you make do. There is a bar adjacent to the main lobby which opens late with a limited food menu which I found very welcome after coming in from the evening theater.
I look forward to my next stay here.
My wife and I completed our second stay at Hotel Xenia and we look forward to coming back. It checks a lot of boxes for a great hotel in London.
Hospitality is the biggest thing. Khaled checked us in and provided a warm welcome. He was so kind and anticipated our needs. For example, Khaled proactively booked a cab to take us to the airport on departure day because he knew it was raining and cabs could be hard to come by.
The entire staff was like that: friendly, attentive, and focused on providing a great experience.
We enjoyed a nice brunch in the hotel restaurant. Like most hotels, the brunch was pricey, but the food quality and gracious, attentive service made up for it.
Our room was small, but that's the norm in cities like London. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and very comfortable.
Hotel Xenia is at the top of our list the next time we look for a hotel in London.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, good quality of produce and very attentive and courteous staff
Un séjour impeccable! Un personnel exceptionnellement dédié au service à la clientèle.
La chambre était petite, mais tout de même très bien équipée.
Faultless from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful and the location was perfect for us - 20 mins to the theatre, 15 mins to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, 25 mins to Kew Gardens and 10 mins to all the museums, the Xenia is at the centre of gravity of the perfect London city-break. Alejandro, was our supper-attentive host each morning at breakfast - Xenia means hospitality - and Alejandro and his colleagues exemplified it.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The location is good, just a couple of blocks from a tube station. For an Autograph Collection hotel, I expected a larger room with a better mattress and pillow. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small. This hotel also has steps up to the main entrance and a few steps up and down in the hallway on the way to the room which is a challenge with luggage.
Hotel Xenia has quickly become my home from home whenever I visit London. It's perfectly situated between Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations, just over 5 minutes walk from each. The Royal Albert Hall is also within walking distance (15-20 minutes).
The hotel is clean, light and airy. For this visit I had a room on the second floor overlooking Cromwell Road, and found it perfectly quiet thanks to the well-insulated windows.
The staff here are all excellent. Natalia and Khaled greeted me warmly on arrival and made sure I had everything I needed in order to enjoy my stay. My thanks also to Abi, Adelina, Haider and Allesh for their friendly service during my visit.
Breakfast at their La Terrazza restaurant was a wonderful way to start the day, made extra special by Alejandro and his dedicated team.
I can't wait to return!
