המיקום על הים - חלום. בקומת הקרקע על הים ממש יש להם חדר/דירה מושלמת ל2-4 אנשים. סהכ במלון כ-7 חדרים. בקומה הראשונה יש 3 חדרים עם מרפסת לים ובקומה השניה 3 חדרים זוגיים קטנים בעליית גג ללא מרפסת. כך שיש שונות בסוגי וגודל החדרים. יש ארוחת בוקר על הים ממש

No elevator and no facilities
Service was excellent - it’s such a picturesque location in the quiet part of Tivat. When we were departing (very early) the staff organised breakfast takeaway package for us which was so kind and considerate and delicious. Breakfasts at hotel were a stand out

Loved the seaview, but the room is not that spacious since there is a slopping ceiling. Still very cozy, as if we were on a boat. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty, although there is a menu to choose from. Also not far from the Tivat airport
The rooms are much more modern and comfortable than the pictures show online.
This is a restaurant with rooms NOT a hotel. There is very little comfort given from outside of your room, there is literally nothing to do around the area in this hotel and you have a section of beach which feels like a gravelled car park beside it. There is no equipment provided to help guests have a comfortable stay and sunbathe, no parasols etc so we found ourselves having to come up with long day plans as we no option to do anything near or around the hotel. There is no priority of guests in the restaurant, we had to book if wanted and were only given an hour slot and were sharply reminded each time that our table would be cancelled if we were 15 minutes late. This is an incredibly expensive place to stay and none of this was shown or felt in the experience whilst staying there.
Our room was a separate annex with a family that lived above who were incredibly loud and stomping around until late at night and from early in the morning. We also had the added issue that the room constantly stank of stagnant water and sewage.
The location is fantastic and the food is excellent, loved the breakfast on the terrace and we had dinner here one night also which was also incredible!
