Pros:

La ubicación es, sin duda, el punto fuerte de este alojamiento. Está cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente apartado como para no estar en pleno ajetreo de la ciudad, algo que se agradece muchísimo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño aceptable; de hecho, había leído muchas críticas sobre eso en hoteles de la zona y, personalmente, no me parecieron pequeñas. Pero el verdadero problema es que, bajo ningún concepto, considero que este hotel pueda calificarse como un 4 estrellas. Quizá los estándares sean diferentes en Turquía, pero para mí no alcanza ni el nivel de un 2 estrellas.

El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente: se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que pasaba fuera de la habitación. Además, el baño tenía un enorme charco de agua constante que empeoraba cada vez que nos duchábamos.

La cama también hacía muchísimo ruido con cualquier movimiento, algo bastante incómodo a la hora de descansar.

El desayuno fue otro punto bastante flojo: muy simple y con muy poca variedad, básicamente distintos tipos de queso y poco más.

Teniendo en cuenta que ni siquiera era de las opciones más baratas, decidí reservarlo únicamente por la ubicación, y la verdad es que fue una decepción.

Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene potencial y podría mejorar muchísimo con una pequeña reforma y algo más de mantenimiento. Pero, tal y como está actualmente, yo personalmente no lo recomendaría.

Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and overall I had a good experience. What I really liked was its ideal location, close to the tram, bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The welcome was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other rooms can be heard quite easily. I also think the breakfast could be better.
