Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak

My partner and I stayed at Four Points Seminyak for the entirety of our trip, and we genuinely could not fault a thing. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The hotel was impeccably clean, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. What truly made our experience memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Sri, Mia, and Eva, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a true credit to the hotel and played a significant part in making our holiday so relaxing and memorable.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Four Points Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali.

Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak, Bali is a lovely place to stay for families.
It's located in the corner of the street (less noise around to relax), close to the supermarket if you need snacks or essentials), a short drive to Seminyak Village/Seminyak square for a little local shopping.
We had a short 4 night stay and enjoyed the time there. All the staff from the front desk/reception to the restaurant, pool area, spa and housekeeping are very friendly and accommodating.
We need to highlight all the staff at Devali Restaurant especially Mia (pastry/kitchen staff) and also the chef who made me fried Tempe (didn't get his name). Everyone in the restaurant made us feel special, thank you everyone.
Thank you to Ratmini for a lovely massage/spa I had.
Thank you to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our connecting rooms everyday especially Ngurah (I think that's his name) who did a thorough clean and very friendly too.
Thank you Four Points, we'll be back next time.

It is an average 3 star hotel. Nothing good or bad.
Location is ok. About 1 hour from Tanah, Nusa Kuta, Denpasar and to Nusa Dua.
Food was ok and room was ok. Staff was ok as well.

Spent our first 10 nights of our trip to Bali here the hotel is situated in a good location close to beach local shops markets and restaurants. walking into the hotel you are made to feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect. When we stayed there they had young students from college learning how to run a hotel and did they know how to they were well trained and could not do enough for us well done all of you. Breakfast was amazing there was something for every nationality if you asked for a specific item they would do there best to supply it. One barman actually went to five different outlets looking for Bali cider for me as I had asked for it but the bar did not keep it. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with what you need Water supplied every day. Hotel is absolutely spotless. We will have no problem booking this hotel again.

Pool area requires more sun lounges. maintenance work painting grinding knocking should be done in out of season time we did not travel 7 1/2 thousand miles in 19 hours to listen to a man on the roof with a grinder for three days that was very disappointing and spoilt a lovely time at the hotel. The staff in the hotel, especially the girls and boys who were training from college made us feel very welcome and at home excellent work. Marriott should think of taking those people on permanently.

i had the best time , its my first time to Bali and wont be the last.
the room was very clean and comfortable everything i needed.
atmosphere was great.
the location was not far from beach shops restaurants.
the staff here where so beautiful all remembering my name and greeting me every-time they seen me and asking if i needed anything .
leaving cute notes in my room are doing house keeping.
great value for money.
the wellness spa at resort was amazing.
will definitely be staying here again.
sad to be leaving tomorrow.

All the staffs are very friendly and attentive. We are very happy with the services provided.
Staff Ami at the restaurant was very kind and friendly. Other staffs also are very good but I'm not sure the name. My mother had a leg injury. All the hotel staff was very helpful. Wonderful garden view.

The location of the hotel is strategic, with close proximity to the beach, clubs, shopping centre and entertainment hub. This hotel offers convenient airport shuttle service and seamless transportation throughout Seminyak. The hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding.

Ms.Tanti (Duty Manager), Ms.Sri (Devali Restaurant) and Mr.Febri (Housekeeping) are the assets of the hotel who demonstrated the essentials of an excellent provider in Customer Service, thumbs up for them.

Generally the employees of the hotel still require training particularly the inconsistent Housekeeping Team, which was my only disappointment during the stay.

Overall, my rating is 8/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available each morning. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, providing the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Helpful staff

Great place to put your feet or base yourself for activities. While not in the heart of Seminyak only a short walk to the hustle and bustle. Use Grab for cheap transport. Food great, staff lovely and accommodation fabulous.

Room was spacious but very bare bones. Would be nice to have more tables or storage. Service during breakfast was good as they check for food preferences and serve the food. Request to take away breakfast was also accommodated. Food itself was not bad but there were many flies. There was live music on one of the days.

It was a great stay at Four Points. From the very accommodating front desk and F&B staff, very clean facility, great breakfast buffet. I was assisted from airport arrival to departure. Although they forgot my request for a welcome birthday token where they promised a welcome cake and towel art, they made it up with a birthday song and cake during breakfast. Our housekeeper also made a custom birthday greeting at the bed using flowers and leaves. Surely a great stay at Four Points.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Sena, John, and Bintang.— always warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day.

Overall, I had a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
