Comfortable
Pros:

Value for money and walking distance to great shops and eateries in Petitenget. Lovely Staff and super helpful!

Cons:

The facilities are looking a bit worn out like the dining chairs in the breakfast area and the pool lounges. The pool umbrellas are looking a bit old and some new ones along with the other suggestions I've made would give the pool area a nice face lift!

Pros:

Room (with pool view) was clean and sufficiently spacious. Pool was ok (clean, but a bit small). Staff all very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with some additional options like oat milk for coffees (they had almond milk, but ran out part way through our stay), and also some wholemeal/wholegrain sourdough bread and avocado. The espresso coffee (latte with almond) was rather average taste wise.

Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful and clean, everyone though out this hotel was so kind,helpful and welcoming I have never stayed at a hotel where you get such amazing hospitality I really cannot fault this place on anything.

Wouldnt stay here again
Pros:

The pool was good and housekeeping were lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was appalling, customer service didnt refund us for our shortened stay when we wanted to leave because of food poisoning. Food was expensive

Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Service throughout the property was above expectations. Room was spacious and very clean. Shuttle to the beach and shops was very convenient however only one way. Would have been even better if they provided one on the return too

Cons:

If I had to pick one thing , it’s the location I did not like. Too far from shops, cafes etc

The room is always cleaned. Very spatious. Pool is big and always open. Local breakfast food is different daily. The head chefs take their time to talk to guests. They also allowed me to play the traditional instruments. Special positive regards to Sagung, Dika, Bagus, and Kari.

From Malaysia with Love
Pros:

Checked in here for my solo trip and booked a guest room with king size bed and they upgraded it to pool view which was nice. Mr Sena helped me with the smooth and easy check-ins, walked in into the room with a cozy and the ac already turned on which was cool.
Loving the breakfast foods variety at Devali restaurant which is very spacious, I was unfortunate that I didn’t get to try them all but every foods I tasted were delicious! I wanted to highlight that the Mee Goreng Jawa on 26th Apr was delicious! I also had ala carte dinner here, limited options on the local selection main course but the Mie Goreng, Rendang Nachos, Blue Pea Tea Sprite were excellent!
The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the busy side of the town Seminyak.
The staffs here are so welcoming and friendly; from Sena & Sakti at the reception, lovely comfortable and clean room made by Rio, and Ira, Sri, Dika, Jaisan, Tira, Wira, & Aditya at Devali, chef Kadek, Mia, Dion, & Dana for their delicious foods!
Got the chance to talk to Mr Eka too.
Overall from the process of checking in, the room, breakfast dining experience, and checking out was smooth.
