Pros:

The staff were polite and friendly.The hotel's location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the bed.The bed sheets had visible stains, the towels did not appear to be clean, and the bed was uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. I expected a higher standard from a Four Points by Sheraton hotel.

the staff are amazing ,, extremely accommodating. my son has celiac and needs gluten free food, the chef would make meal
Pros:

they always cleaned it
well maintained , they could improve on cleaning bathroom as rust and mold is starting to build up if they don’t take care of it now and scrub it off

Cons:

always has to ask for toilet paper and they don’t refil the shampoo/ conditioner bottles so they maybe don’t check them but small issues

We will be back!
Pros:

What a wonderful place. We loved having our own loungers outside our room. The chef Kadek Antara went above and beyond to cater for the three Coeliacs in our family. He made gluten free pancakes everyday for us and made us our own special lunch one day. All staff were exceptional including our cleaners Bagus and Yogi. The massages were amazing. We will be back!

AN ABSOLUTE TREAT!
Pros:

My cousin Steph and I loved every second of our stay. The beautiful service is quite clearly a stand out (Bagus for his beautiful housekeeping, Lolly for her fun nature and consistent care, Sri for her kindness and attentiveness and Jaison for always making us smile.) We’ve had the most relaxing time, been cared for like no other and will most definitely be returning. Also- can’t recommend getting a pool access room enough! That was a treat and a half!
