Todo limpio y la atención fue muy buena. La limpieza perfecta.
Era imposible dormir de noche porque habían tres luces que titilaban. Dos de ellas las podía tapar yo todas las noches pero una que estaba muy muy arriba. No se podía tapar y era una luz que titilaba como si fuera las luces de una pista de aterrizaje. Ergo, no se podía dormir. A esto se suma una serie de ruidos que prevenían desde el baño durante toda la noche y de manera recurrente se escuchaba el agua a caer por las tuberías y otros ruidos que no sé ni puedo identificar qué eran, pero eran continuos. Estas cosas no se esperan de un hotel de cinco estrellas y menos de uno con el nombre Alvear

Todo es muy acogedor el personal de recepcion, los mozos, las instalaciones, es el hogar donde siempre es placentero volver. Gracias a todo Alvear art.
Soy huésped de este hotel desde sus inicios, sus instalaciones son de de una gran calidad constructiva , por ello el paso del tiempo lo trata muy bien, en la pandemia tuvo que cerrar y luego de esta , la zona decallo, por esto había dejado de hospedarme, pero como siempre me había gustado, volví y me alegro ver que conserva la calidad , en especial todo lo relacionado a los servicios de habitaciones, ropa blanca, limpieza ,que de tarde repasen todo, cambio de toallones si los has utilizado, mantiene un standard Alvear que destaca en Buenos Aires y la zona esta mejorando ,lo que hace una muy buena relación calidad precio

El hotel es hermoso. Los empleados son muy amables y atentos. He pasado por otros hoteles de este mismo nivel y puedo decir con seguridad que los empleados del Alvear Art son sumamente educados y resolutivos. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y hay servicio de mozos que te sirven las bebidas, lo cual es un plus pues son preparadas en el miento. La pileta climatizada es hermosa y tiene una vista fenomenal.
Mejoraría un poco la comida. Probamos algunos platos y estaban desabridos. Pedimos sándwiches tostados a través del room service y tenían una triste y fina feta de jamón y 2 de queso. También una picada para ver el partido del mundial y no tenían mucho sabor los fiambres.
Cumplió con los estándares de calidad que buscaba: valet parking, recepción cálida y siempre disponible; habitaciónes grandes y comfortables, con MUY BUENA insonorización; gimnasio cómodo, con excelente vista panorámica al centro de la ciudad, piscina climatizada cerrada limpia y con misma vista panorámica; ascensores muy amplios y rápidos, espacios comunes con poca afluencia de gente.
