Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months

Please note that twin, queen, or king-size beds may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds

Guests arriving at 15:00 are advised to contact the property the night before.

Please note that an additional charge of 50% of the last night´s rate for Check-out after noon until 17:00, and After 17:00, guests must pay 100 % of the last night's rate.

Vale cada centavo
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso. Los empleados son muy amables y atentos. He pasado por otros hoteles de este mismo nivel y puedo decir con seguridad que los empleados del Alvear Art son sumamente educados y resolutivos. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y hay servicio de mozos que te sirven las bebidas, lo cual es un plus pues son preparadas en el miento. La pileta climatizada es hermosa y tiene una vista fenomenal.

Cons:

Mejoraría un poco la comida. Probamos algunos platos y estaban desabridos. Pedimos sándwiches tostados a través del room service y tenían una triste y fina feta de jamón y 2 de queso. También una picada para ver el partido del mundial y no tenían mucho sabor los fiambres.

Pros:

Cumplió con los estándares de calidad que buscaba: valet parking, recepción cálida y siempre disponible; habitaciónes grandes y comfortables, con MUY BUENA insonorización; gimnasio cómodo, con excelente vista panorámica al centro de la ciudad, piscina climatizada cerrada limpia y con misma vista panorámica; ascensores muy amplios y rápidos, espacios comunes con poca afluencia de gente.

De ALVEAR poco !!! ... 8
Pros:

La verdad, esperábamos más de un Alvear, su bar muy básico, la piscina en mantenimiento, y quedamos decepcionados con la desprolijidad que tuvieron al no tomar nuestro motivo de la elección del hotel para quedarnos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi señora, ni siquiera un saludo el mismo día...pésima experiencia, nunca nos había pasado
