Me molestó mucho que me exigirán dejar una garantía de más de US 300. La cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito y me señalaron que reembolsarían pronto. Completamente inaceptable y contrario a las prácticas de Booking

Conforto, limpeza e elegância.
Pros:

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo. Quarto confortável, com aquecimento do piso do banheiro. Chuveiro maravilhoso, assim como cama e travesseiros. Tudo muito limpo. Localização excelente.

Bello hotel
Pros:

Infraestructura muy bien conservada. Mucho mármol por doquier. Elegantes instalaciones.
Precio-calidad muy buena.
Bello restaurante y bar.

Cons:

El gym es limitado para un hotel con esta categoría.

Pros:

Housekeeping staff was great, rooms were very clean and hotel was very clean as well

Cons:

We arrived at midnight and we were treated like delinquents. Reception male staff was insisting that our card was declined (but it was not). He didn’t accept direct payment through pos and had to send link for payment. Mini bar was closed, had to ask to open it, requesting to bring some water at least.

Stay was great - but front desk staff need to be investigated

Cons:

On check in - I was helped by Ivan - who said the card I was trying to use was not working. He tried the card multiple times on multiple machines. He also tried to manually enter my card details. He tried a second card and it worked immediately. Within the next few days I started getting fraudulent debits from “creditcuotas”. Ivan was the only one who physically handled my card on multiple card machines. The hotel must investigate this as my card details were stolen and used to pay off loans at Creditcuota.
