Me encantan las habitaciones, muy amplias, cómodas muy bien iluminadas La cama y las almohadas son excepcionales, para un merecido descanso, acogedoras

Que lo reservé por el tema de la alberca y justo el día de mi llegada me informan que está fuera de servicio por mantenimiento.... esta información no fue anticipada

Muy buena opción de hospedaje
Pros:

La habitación fue muy buena con los servicios separados entre la regadera, baño y lavabo, excelente.

Cons:

El estacionamiento está un poco complicado para bajar el equipaje y entrar al hotel.
No estaba funcionando la alberca y el gimnasio

Las instalaciones bonitas, pero pésimo el servicio de su personal de recepción y limpieza.

El desayudo estuvo delicioso y la atención del personal excelente.

Cons:

No sé hizo la limpieza de la habitación, la solicitamos en recepción y se tardaron para dar respuesta, la persona que la fue hacer no sabía cómo hacerla, al final sólo tendieron la cama con las mismas sabanas. El hospedaje era por dos noches y en el segundo día desbloquearon la tarjeta, por lo cual no se podía utilizar para utilizar el elevador y por ende abrir la puerta de la habitación.

Todo muy bien pero la alberca se encontraba en mantenimiento y al dia siguiente nos dijeron que se podría ocupar,contratamos otra noche y nunca sirvio
