Checkin extrem nervig und langwierig - Rezeptionist untragbar für so ein Haus
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung und Lage hervorragend

Cons:

Rezeptionist sehr unfreundlich und arrogant.
Einfahrt ins Parkhaus funktionierte nicht.
Rechnungsadresse extra angegeben und Email. Wurde aber nicht hinterlegt.
Großbaustelle rund um das Hotel.

Beautiful and convenient location of a modern hotel
Pros:

We only stayed for one weekday night in this hotel with a lovely contemporary feeling, spacious room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and courteous.
We did unfortunately not use other amenities or eat breakfast as we had already made other plans. We would have appreciated a fridge and coffee maker in the room though.
As we travelled by train we accessed the hotel walking through the beautiful Stadtpark from Friedrich Wilhelm Platz.
(Nimes road was currently under reconstruction of a sewage pipe and a bit smelly and muddy, but none of that inside of the hotel.)

I would stay again
Pros:

Ein nettes Hotel.Frühstück war hervorragend,besonders der Manager.Sehr freundlich und hatte viel Energie.

Cons:

Mein Badezimmer hat sehr stark nach Urin gerochen,das war wirklich unangenehm.

Cons:

The hotel is nice and nicely located; I stayed there for the 2nd time. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to issue me with an invoice made out to my company and its VAT number: I asked at booking, I asked again at check-in and wrote down the details, I asked again at check-out, I sent another email, ... and now, 10 days later, I have already called four times and spelled the relevant details over the phone every time. - still nothing. I am giving up now. I had waited until now to complete this rating, but final rating is all I have in me right now - sorry (it's not for lack of trying to give the hotel a fair chance)

Pros:

gute Lage und gute Ausstattung; umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Kaffee muss man sich selbst aus der Maschine ziehen beim Frühstück, und leider nicht lecker

Sehr enttäuschend

Das Frühstück war gut und die ältere Dame am Klavier war unterhaltsam

Ich war mit meiner 86-jährigen Mutter unterwegs und wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht für 2 Nächte . Leider waren Betten und Toilette relativ tief und mein Bett ziemlich durchgelegen . Wir hatten so unsere Probleme . Die Geräuschkulisse war auch sehr laut ( Kröten im Teich und feiernde Jugendliche mit mehrfachem Polizeieinsatz. Wir waren dann am nächsten Morgen so gerädert , dass wir beschlossen haben nach Hause zu fahren . In der Hoffnung auf etwas Kulanz für die 2te Nacht und die Frühstücke haben wir die Dame an der Rezeption angesprochen, die konnte uns aber in gebrochenem Deutsch nicht weiterhelfen, da der Chef nicht da. Sie wollte es aber nach unserer Abreise mit ihm prüfen . Ergebnis > kein Cent entgegenkommen, noch nicht einmal für die nicht eingenommenen Frühstücke von Tag 2 . Ich fand eigentlich Steigenberger immer gut , war schon in mehreren anderen , aber das war echt unterstes Niveau … da bin ich erstmal raus , gibt ja genug andere Hotels/Ketten.
