Pros:

Staff is amazing. Very attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is also great. Loved how friendly everyone was.

Cons:

The air on didn’t work in the lobby but nothing too major, it did make the bar very unpleasant to be in

Pros:

Otima localização, alguns minutos da estação central com todos os transportes públicos disponíveis. O hotel é um charme com obras de arte espalhadas pelo restaurante e Halls. Adoramos o quarto, grande, silencioso, banheiro moderno e muito funcional. Tudo muito limpo. Ar condicionado ótimo Café da manhã excelente e pessoal do front desk super simpático. Recomendo e voltaremos

Won’t stay here again
Pros:

Location was great. Asked for a fan and it was brought up quickly.

Cons:

Had to wait on a room while being jet lagged. Room was supposedly “ready” but had to be checked by 3 people. Not sure why it would take over an hour for that?!?
First room they gave us was right beside the elevator :( we were able to switch. Hated the bathroom with no door and glass walls. No way to use it without waking other person up. Lobby and seating area were not air conditioned and were dreadful to sit in. It was such a heat wave while we were there!
