Pros:

Alles war bestens. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die kleine Wellness-Oase, die zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Auch das Abschiedsgeschenk hat uns sehr gefreut – eine wirklich schöne und aufmerksame Geste. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass im Badezimmer eine WC-Bürste gefehlt hat. Das war etwas schade, da man die Toilette natürlich gerne sauber und ohne Spuren hinterlassen möchte. Zudem war die Wellnesslandschaft zwar bereits ab 7:00 Uhr geöffnet, die Sauna war jedoch um 9:00 Uhr noch nicht aufgeheizt. Gerade wenn man den Wellnessbereich am Morgen nutzen möchte, ist das etwas schade. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Kitchen is a problem at this hotel - we gave up on dinner as we thought the food was never coming out and breakfast pancakes were burnt, no cinnamon drizzle (as described on the menu), a few strawberries (the menu said seasonal fruits - sorry but a few strawberries is not ‘seasonal fruits’) and drowned in spray cream (not mentioned on the menu).
