I loved my stay at art'otel!
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff, especially Jamal and Maria. I was able to check in early. The art downstairs gave the hotel a unique charm. There were events and parties in the restaurant and bar area that made the whole place come alive. The AC worked exceptionally well. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for someone coming into and out of the hotel from the Centraal Station. I received a bottle of wine for turning down room service. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Amsterdam.

Cons:

The only problem was that the refrigerator door was locked behind a malfunctioning motion sensor. This was not a problem as the helpful staff at the front desk were able to provide a bucket of ice.

It was simply the best stay because of the staff at this hotel
Pros:

The whole thing was unbelievable. The position was fabulous but most of all the staff were so helpful and most of all friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Путь до вокзала с чемоданами занимает 5 минут. Просто великолепно.

Cons:

Можете мне объяснить, зачем мыло для рук вешать в метре от раковины?! Я же пока за ним тянусь заливаю все водой)

Perfect stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. First of all, it’s beautifully made and designed. Everywhere you can find sculptures and paintings. Location is great. Though it is close to central station, it’s on the other side so there are no noise or disturbances. The people are great too. The cleaning service was a bit late, so we got two free drinks. The sauna is big and well maintained, the pool is warm enough. Amazing quality, highly recommend!
