LA UBICACION ES RELATIVAMENTE BUENA

EL HOTEL ESTA EN PLENA AVENIDA Y NO CUENTA CON VENTANAS TERMOPANEL EN LAS HABITACIONES POR LO QUE EL RUIDO ES INFERNAL, SIN CONTAR QUE FRENTE AL HOTEL HAY UNA PLAZA QUE ENSAYAN LOS CAPORALES HASTA LAS 23:00 HRS. NO NOS SALIO AGUA CALIENTE DOS DIAS Y NOS DECIAN QUE ESTABAN REPATRANDO LA CALDERA. EL DESAYUNO ES BUFFET PERO NO VALE LA PENA PAGARLO SI ESTARAS CON ESE RUIDO DIA Y NOCHE. EL PERSONAL NO MUY AMABLE, CUANDO PEDIMOS SRRVICIO DE COMIDA A LA HABITACION NO TENIAN CASI NADA. HABITACIONES VIEJAS, LA VERDAD RECOMENDARIA BUSCAR OTRO HOTEL POR ESE PRECIO.

No estuvo a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas

Cons:

No contaban con servicio de agua caliente. No contaban con jabón, ni espuma para jacuzzi, no contaban con toallas (todo tuvo que ser solicitado más de una vez). El desayuno, insuficiente, se dejaron de proveer algunos alimentos antes de la hora de término del mismo. El ascensor no llegaba a nuestro piso, por lo que debíamos utilizar otro piso para luego bajar al nuestro. Durante este año hemos utilizado servicios de otros hoteles de 5 estrellas dentro y fuera de Chile, y por lejos este no llega al nivel que se espera para este tipo de lugares.

Todo parecía que iría bien, pero los hechos narrados anteriormente lo empeoraron todo

Cons:

Habia evento que hacia mucho ruido.
Fuimos a comer al restorán pero no tenían casi nada de la carta, la carne venía en mal punto. Fue una pesima experiencia en el restorán la verdad.

Me encanta este hotel, primero por la ubicación, esta cerca de todo y conecta directo con cavancha, segundo, tiene un desayuno variado y muy rico y tercero cuenta con instalaciones agradables y bien cuidadas.
