1)The room dressing mirror is dusty.
2)The light at the dressing mirror should change to be more bright.
3) IMPORTANT the restaurant ---noticed flies on fish cake at the area "lontong" corners...sambal less in taste... Overall the food area should care more about hygiene.

Pros:

Room - Well equipped with essential necessities like iron, ironing board, kettle, functioning tv, mini fridge and others for comfortable stay.
Good Location - 10 minutes drive to Jonker Walk and Cruise area during peak hrs
Staff - Very friendly and accommodating. Smooth check in and check out process. (Need RM50.00 deposit upon check in)

Cons:

Room - Strongly smell like cigarette smoke. The housekeeping should spray air freshener to remove the odor. Bedside lamp are functioning but literally hanging out of their socket.
Toilet - Shower head and sink were both leaking. The water pressure is good tho.
Location - Hotel hv 2 separate building in the same area. After check in, we need to carry our things to 2nd building to go to our room. Wish we were told in advance.
Parking - Quite difficult to find at night.

Ottimo per visitare Malacca.
Pros:

Reception gentili al nostro arrivo. Letto grande e confortevole. Accessori per il bagno presenti e rimpiazzati. Bollitore, acqua e caffè e the presenti in camera. Colazione nel complesso discreta, poco intercontinentale ma gradita. Per noi essendo in macchina è stato molto utile il parcheggio. Certo non è nel centro storico ma a 20 minuti di passeggiata.

Cons:

Il condizionatore efficace ma troppo rumoroso, come anche un po' il frigorifero.

Suka sistem penanda depan pintu bilik, moden dan senang nak maklum pada pihak hotel.
Bahagian pencucian/kemas bilik juga tbaik.

A comfortable, well-located apartment with an excellent host. We’d happily stay here again.
Pros:

Our host was friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and he even helped us arrange a tour to the Mossy Forest, BOH Tea Plantation, and a strawberry farm through a website he recommended. He was also accommodating when we asked for a late check-out.

The host also went above and beyond by dropping off bottled water, coffee, extra toilet paper, and slippers for us to use without us even having to ask. It was thoughtful and made us feel very well looked after.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops in Tanah Rata. The apartment felt safe, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery, and basic supplies like body wash, hand soap, and dish soap. There is also a self-service laundry nearby, which was very convenient for a longer stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the bathroom occasionally had a slight sewage smell. It came and went throughout our stay, but everything else was clean and comfortable.
