Strategic location !

Cons:

The first room we were assigned was quite dusty and not very clean. After the air conditioner stopped working, the hotel arranged a room change for us. The second room was much cleaner, more comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Never Ever coming back to Hallmark Crown

Cons:

1. While taking shower, water doesn't drain. Over flows into the whole bathroom n kinda going inside the room.
2. Safety Deposit Box - is NOT attached/screwed in. Removal by bare hands.
3. TV remote is the biggest joke -- found it in 3 pcs.
I formed 2 front office twice , in person.
