Super value in area with surprisingly good restaurants.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and location was wonderful. Breakfast was filling and enjoyable, room was large and super comfy.

Cons:

Not much of a view from rooms, and sometimes night staff are lying sprawled out on sofas I lobby when it's quiet. It doesn't look professional.

Perfect affordable hotel in a great location and comfort.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. Great value for money, comfort and friendly staff, who were always ready and happy to help. One of the staff (can't remember his name but he is studying architecture in Norton University) who attended to me when I needed assistance made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location was great. Has everything within reach and proximity to everywhere I wanted to go.

Cons:

The restaurant didn't have enough varieties of food. But it was decent, nourishing and satisfying.

Staff were nice and accommodating

Cons:

The place was very dirty; the hallways smelled a bit suffocating. The carpet smell was strong, almost as if it has not been cleaned for a long time and even the elevator was dusty. The room was bearable, but the cleaning could still improve.

Bed was very comfortable, buffet breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. We had an issue with a/c and they immediately gave us a different room at 11pm

Pros:

The staff at reception were always kind and helpful. There's something special about this place compared to a lot of the other hotels and guesthouses in this area. Of course the rooms are good size and immaculate.

Little details like the cherry wood furniture in the rooms, step in shower as opposed to toilet-shower combo that gets your floor wet everywhere, comfy beds, spacious lobby with lived-in but communal sofas and lovely high ceilings with chandelier-like lighting.

The location on low profile but nifty Street 172 (Restaurant Street), smack in the center and accessible by foot or tuktuk everywhere.

Cons:

There are a few homeless people and beggars that are sometimes haunt the properties in the area. But that is to be expected.
