Cons:

Did not like that the main gate to the property closed at 9pm. If you want to come in or out after that time you have to call a staff member.

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Le personnel était génial, toujours aux petits soins et professionnels. Ils n'hésitaient pas à nous donner des conseils pour les activités ou emplacements à aller voir. Le combo piscine et accès à la plage est super, l'emplacement de l'établissement est parfait.

Great room, view and location with poor hospitality
Pros:

Our room has an amazing view with a big balcony where you can watch the sunset. Stunning! The hot tub not sure what you need that for, the sink not sure whether a giant designed this as it’s too high otherwise stunning !

Cons:

First impression are all the signs telling you what is forbidden. Secondly reception is borderline rude with a poor attitude (don’t greet), we tried to book surfing classes through the hotel - just don’t do it. Reception made some arrangements and it’s not clear till today with whom and he complained to us afterwards that we did not show but was unable to share the name of the company… tiki bar great view, average food, poor drinks and when we ordered a bottle of rose wine it was served warm without any comment or apology. When I am not allowed to bring my own bottle to the resort and order a $50 bottle of wine I expect this to be chilled. Finally the towels are old and too small and no beach towels available

Personal muy amable. Dispuestos a ayudar y orientar para tener una experiencia al máximo. Mike nos ayudo con unas recomendaciones de excursiones qué estuvieron excelente.

Cons:

Mínimos detalles que para mi no tenían importancia. El personal se esforzó para que la pasara muy bien.

Bel hôtel avec un cachet typiquement local. Le personnel chaleureux , avenant et toujours disponible. Belle piscine. Bord de mer avec magnifique coucher de soleil.
Bar et resto sur place.

Cons:

Difficile de nager dans la mer car il y a des séries de vagues continuellement.

No way!
Pros:

Nothing! We arrived, looked around, looked at one room and decided not to stay there

Cons:

The place was not at all as advertised! Ugly lay out, rooms dark and unclean. We reserved 2 rooms and were told only 1 available when we arrived.
