Sympathisch, sauber, unkompliziert
Pros:

Ankunft mit super freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption, an der Bar gibts sogar die lokalen Bierpezialitäten der Swidnica-Brauerei, Zimmer klein aber sinnvoll ausgestattet, mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in die letzte Etage erreichbar, Parkplatz kostenlos.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank lief leider nur auf Zimmertemperatur und war damit unbrauchbar, und das Basic Frühstück ist eher auf 2-3 Sterne Niveau.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert für einen schnellen Aufenthalt!

Alles wunderbar, Tiere mitbringen hmmm
Pros:

Zimmer war schön, die Ausstattung an sich einfach super mit dem Holzboden und direkt gegenüber vom Park und so nah an der Altstadt. Frühstück war auch eigentlich alles da was man sich wünschen kann.

Cons:

.Das Hotel wird in der Beschreibung ausdrücklich als haustierfreundlich beworben, und wir haben genau aus diesem Grund gebucht – ohne Hinweis darauf, dass nur bestimmte Zimmer für Hunde geeignet sind. Umso überraschter waren wir, als uns am Abend vor der Anreise mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Mitnahme unseres Hundes erst nach interner Abstimmung möglich sei und unser Zimmer möglicherweise gar nicht dafür vorgesehen ist. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Management ließ sich das zum Glück klären.

Was uns dann allerdings einen etwas unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat, war der weitere Umgang mit dem Thema. Wir waren für eine Hochzeit vor Ort und konnten den Hund verständlicherweise nicht überallhin mitnehmen. Auf unsere Zusage, alle paar Stunden zurückzufahren und ihn hinauszuführen, folgte die Ankündigung, dass vor unserem Verlassen des Zimmers zur Abreise Reinigungskräfte vorbeikommen würden, um alles zu kontrollieren. Beim Check-out wurde zudem gefragt, ob man das Zimmer noch prüfen müsse oder uns vertrauen könne.

Bei einer Haustierzulage von 50 € pro Nacht – immerhin ein Drittel des Zimmerpreises – hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Vertrauen und weniger Kontrolle gewünscht. Als verantwortungsbewusste Hundehalter würden wir eventuelle Schäden selbstverständlich von uns aus melden.

Ansonsten hat wirklich alles gestimmt, weshalb dieser Punkt umso mehr auffällt. Unser ehrlich gemeinter Hinweis: Falls es in der Vergangenheit schlechte Erfahrungen gab, wäre es vielleicht sinnvoller, Haustiere nur in bestimmten Zimmern oder gar nicht zuzulassen, statt Tierhalter grundsätzlich unter Verdacht zu stellen.

Leuk klassiek pand, prima ontbijt en diné, aardig personeel.

Leuk pand en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Airco werkte niet en mijn kamer zat in het oude deel van het pand wat prima is maar zonder airco was het benauwd en moest de ramen open zetten maar dat gaf wel heel veel herrie van de weg met kinderhoofdjes. Klinkt dan werkelijk of ze met 200kmh langs razen en de weg is druk.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service.
Pros:

High quality hotel, exceptionally clean rooms, restaurant and checkin/entrance. Very nice buffet breakfast. We loved the cold filtered water that was available. The bathroom shower was larger than most showers in Poland.

Pros:

Najlepszy hotel w tych okolicach, warty swojej ceny. Znakomite śniadania, miła obsługa. Parking w cenie

Cons:

Zasłony na oknach zdecydowanie mogą być lepsze. Słońce w czerwcu już o 4.30 rano budzi. No i droga obok z kostki, dobrze że nocą mały ruch.
