La struttura era pulita. Collegata bene alle zone centrali in quanto vicina alla metro e alla fermata del bus. Il rapporto qualità prezzo rende la struttura adatta ad un paio di notti

We all found the hotel, extremely pleasant, clean and extremely good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was value for money and satisfactory.The location for what we wanted was good. The greatest strength of the hotel by far was the staff. They were extremely helpful and most pleasant. Reception staff recommended restaurants to us and booked them for us. The breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant and nothing was to much trouble in asdisting us.

I can genuinely say nothing.

Pros:

El personal era muy amable y atento, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo cuanto podían siempre. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda, sitio de sobra para dos personas. Por último, el desayuno también fue de nuestro agrado, muy completo y variado.

Was ok overall apart from a few issues
Pros:

Great location, staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom door was a sliding door and was extremely difficult to open and close, especially for my partner.

Problem with lift wasn't good as we were on 4th floor, ended up climbing stairs with luggage.

Pros:

Staff were all friendly, especially those working in the restaurant at breakfast. Room was big, clean, comfy, and the aircon worked great during the heatwave. No noise from other rooms or corridors. Breakfast great - hot, well cooked, nice range of options - especially considering it was included in the room price.

Location is fine - worked out perfectly for our needs visiting the Jewellery Quarter, and walking into the city centre is just 15 mins.

Great value find but be prepared to have breakfast early for the best options.
Pros:

The location was great close to the city centre and the hotel was clean and well presented. staff were lovely and at the weekend from Friday at 6pm there's free on Street parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was good with lots of choice but so so busy and coffee machine wasn't working and there were queues for the waffles with very little space to sit anywhere. the only negative of the whole thing.
