Good location near the Jewellery Quarter. Decent value for money. Reception staff were helpful, when we asked for a late checkout.
Breakfast was great, good location
The cleaninless of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier than planned
The breakfast could have been slightly better as the sausages were poor quality and there was only 1 choice of eggs. The area for serving yourself was quite small in comparison to the amount of guests so you had to queue to make a coffee for example and felt in the way of other guests
Nice enough hotel close to the town centre.
Not the usual standard you get from Hampton staff seemed very unsure when asked anything, breakfast was chaotic as out was very busy. No one was about to clear any tables.
It was very average and the bed was rock hard.
Location was very rough. We don’t feel very safe walking around. It’s a long way from parking.
De kamer was heel proper en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De check in verliep vlot en het personeel was vriendelijk.
De kamer had geen raam wat open kon en er hing een vreemde geur. Het was bloedheet en de enige oplossing was een ventilator die erg veel lawaai maakte. Het ontbijt was ok maar niet super. De eieren waren echt niet lekker.

We were woken by a constant beeping noise at 0230 which was due to an aircon fault.The staff moved us to another room but it wasn’t a good nights sleep.
The property was very clean and very near to the town centre convenient for us for all the things we wanted to do the staff we met in the first day at the reception was amazing. Very caring hospitality was great.
While we were there, there was a fire alarm on the Friday, but we were not. We didn’t know and we spoke to one of the staff who was very rude. he told us that we supposed to know. Because it is written on one of the floors which means we have to go round to all the floors to have a look at when is the fire alarm instead of just apologise and inform us when we are coming in the first day

Breakfast staff , wasn't welcoming as they didn't even greet me with a smile or a good morning but also couldn't distinguish who was staff or guests at first. Also the waffles awful and it kept on getting stuck in the waffle maker ,better sticking to a pancake maker

The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends whenever they plan to visit Birmingham and they decide to stay overnight.
