Een heerlijk rustig en ontspannen verblijf
Pros:

De locatie is top, personeel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, kamers groot en schoon, bedden liggen goed, ontbijt genoeg keuze en lekker en vlug aangevuld.
Het is gewoon goed en zal er zeker weer teruggaan, een echte aanrader.

Great staff and a good breakfast, but the stay was let down by maintenance issues.
Pros:

The staff were excellent throughout our stay and did everything they could to help despite the issues. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection when everything was available.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were ongoing issues with the lifts, which was inconvenient. The hot water was also inconsistent, either being scalding hot or not working at all. At breakfast, several items frequently ran out and were not replenished quickly. Staff were a bit over-run.

Tolles Hotel als Ausgangspunkt zur Stadtbesichtigung

Das Hotel hat eine Super Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücks Raum ist für die vielen Menschen etwas klein und ungemütlich, aber sonst ok.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en genoten van de tijd in Rotterdam!
Pros:

De locatie was heel erg fijn; op een paar minuutjes lopen van Rotterdam Centraal. Restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer dus allemaal heel dichtbij. Dat was heel prettig!

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam; wel veel Engels sprekend maar gelukkig kunnen we hiermee goed uit de voeten.

Cons:

Het drinken uit de automaat bij het ontbijt was wat waterig naar onze smaak. (Appelsap en multivitaminesap geprobeerd)

De bedden waren naar onze mening / in vergelijking met de bedden die we thuis hebben wat hard.

De liften deden het ook niet erg goed naar wens. Duurde vaak lang, maar kwam vooral door de werkzaamheden aan 1 lift waardoor meerdere mensen gebruik moesten maken van 1 andere lift.

Puntje van aanpassing; op de tv staan steeds de tv zenders om en om met de radiozenders. Ook staan alle zenders door elkaar, zowel Nederlandse als buitenlandse zenders. Ik denk dat het meer wenselijk is om de zenders op volgorde te hebben, zodat je makkelijker en fijner tv kan kijken.
