The location was great and it there were so many options for Breakfast.
We were only there for one night before going on a cruise and the hotel.was right across the street from lots of shopping amd dining.
The construction out front made it difficult and there was only 1 elevator working and everyone trying to check out at the same time, it took me 30 mi.utes to get an elevator down from the 4th floor. We almost lost our Uber to the Cruise Terminal because we were delayed so long.

Clean and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was great and plenty of food. Location for local restaurants is excellent. Staff were all smiles and helpful especially Queen Rain at reception.
On check out we mentioned our bed didn’t have a mattress protector. Hopefully it was just an oversight as we only stayed for one night.

The location was very convenient to walk around
The bedsheets were dirty when we checked in, we had to ask to change them
The whole reception/bar area is not very convenient, many people around and long queues everywhere
The location site is currently under construction
We chose this hotel because it had underground secure parking which we pre booked and paid for. We had been 3 weeks in Germany and had a full car of our luggage which we wanted parked safely.
The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and we're very helpful.
They served a good, if fairly simple breakfast with a choice of hot and cold items. And they had a good selection of drinks and snacks available in the Reception area.
For people coming by train, the Central Station is within 5 mins walk and the airport is on the Metro line, stop Stadhuis, is a 5.in walk to hotel too. Very convenient location.
All in all, it suited us for 3 nights. We'd recommend it and would stay again if in the area.
Even with all the building works going on outside, it was very quiet.

There are long term building works (new tram lines) going on outside, which is a bit confusing initially, but that is outside the hotels control. The staff are helpful though if you contact them initially with help to avoid.
