A perfect city hotel close to everything!
Pros:

Perfect location, close to the station and the centre.Nice big rooms. Modern hotel. Breakfast just basic but sufficient enough! Nice supermarket close to the hotel .

Cons:

There is a strange lift system. The reception is on the first floor but it’s not a big problem

Everything was just perfect we stayed at the sane hotel in Amsterdam but it was much much better and more clean with very nice staff, if we wanna back to Rotterdam we would definitely will stay here, also the breakfast was good also they have bike storage which is good for bikers 😊

Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en overvloedig; de ontbijtruimte kampte echter met wat plaatsgebrek. De locatie is perfect, op 2 min. van Centraal Station en op halfuurtje stappen zit je aan de Erasmusbrug. De badkamer was ruim en zeer netjes met ruime en goeie douchecel.

Kan mij direct niets inbeelden wat beter kan.

Vriendelijk personeel, alles superschoon. Het leek wel nieuw maar dat was het ook denk ik. Heerlijk douche

Cons:

Miste bij het ontbijt de bacon en de worstjes maar je kan niet alles hebben toch? :-) Voor de rest was het ontbijt perfect!

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Er was geen bacon, er was geen jam en de scrambled eggs waren droog en korrelig. Ook zat er iemand filmpjes op zijn telefoon te kijken met het geluid hard aan en daar werd niets van gezegd.

Emplacement très pratique entre deux voyages en train, j’y reviendrai.
Pros:

Proximité de la gare et donc très central. Personnel très aimable. La cabine de douche très spacieuse.

Par malchance un des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas le soir de notre arrivée et au petit-déjeuner, l’attente aux étages était longue car l’ascenseur fonctionnant était toujpurs rempli. Une des deux machines à café et eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas non plus, la queue pour la machine fonctionnant au petit-déjeuner était donc très longue. L’ascenseur fut réparé à notre départ. Le personnel était très aimable. Nous reviendrons.
