Uitstekend locatie, 10min loopafstand gelegen bij Rotterdam Centraal.
Pros:

De ontvangst was erg aangenaam.
Na een lange reis verliep het inchecken snel en soepel.

Cons:

Helaas was het erg onduidelijk waar de ingang zich bevond en deed de lift op de begane grond vreemd. Het personeel bood direct hun excuses aan en was erg vriendelijk.

The room needed help but the desk made the stay enjoyable
Pros:

Everyone was friendly and helpful I especially appreciated Ana at the desk and Jordan and Viviane who came up to help me with the tv and the fan which she brought to my room because the air conditioning wasn't working

Cons:

The tv and air conditioning weren't always working correctly.
The desk brought me a fan so I could sleep better and they had to come up twice to help me with the tv
When I left, I was promised a 20% discount which I very much appreciated.

Prima hotel op een super locatie met erg vriendelijk personeel

De locatie

Cons:

Het is er erg netjes maar de gordijnen mogen wel een keer gewassen of vernieuwd worden.
Wat ik zelf wel iets minder vind is de veiligheid. De receptie is op de eerste verdieping en als ik 's avonds in het hotel kom en bij de ingang de lift neem, dan kan elke "gek" in feite mee zonder dat iemand dit doorheeft. Dat geeft, vooral als je alleen bent, een iets wat minder veilig gevoel.
