Pessoal acolhedor, simpático e eficiente, hotel super bem localizado e prático!
Pros:

Em primeiro lugar, do pessoal que trabalha no hotel, muito simpático e acolhedor, resolveram e ajudaram. Café da manhã bom, com ovos feitos na medida certa, o que é raridade em hotéis. Deram informações importantes sobre o entorno.

Cons:

Barulho de outros hóspedes jovens que chegaram no meio da noite.

Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top ! À 5min de la grande plage à pied. Dans lhyper centre de Biarritz.
Le personnel est très gentil. Les chambres sont nickels. Rien à dire c’était très agréable !

Lage ist toll, das Hotel so naja
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und hat eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Essen Gehen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.
Das Design ist ansprechend, das Zimmer und das Bad ausreichend geräumig.

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage ihren Dienst nicht erfüllt. Deswegen hatten wir in der Nacht die Fenster geöffnet. Durch den nahe gelegenen Club gab es am Samstagabend aber die ganze Nacht durch recht großen Lärm.
Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wären wünschenswert.

De kamerdeur ging niet op slot. Gelukkig kregen we een andere kamer, maar daar deed de douche het niet goed.

Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were worn out.
Carpets needed clean.
Reception was shabby.
Disabled access room had no window and was dark and the door opened directly onto the car park.
The room we’d use to store furniture!

Отель очень уютный и расположен в прекрасном месте. Очень хороший завтрак, который можно проводить на свежем воздухе на веранде. Очень приветливый персонал. Номер маленький,но уютный. Достаточно удобная кровать. Рядом (2-3 минуты пешком) подземный паркинг.
