Pros:

The room was huge, close to most things downtown.

Cons:

Furniture in the room needs to be updated. It was visibly worn. Other than that the room was amazing.

Great location for downtown activities.
Pros:

Great location for the activities we had planned. Easy to get to from the interstate and a wide selection of fast food, grocery, etc...as well as specialty restaurants and treats in a 2 mile radius. Some within walking distance. Walked to the Junction Bridge over the river from the hotel. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. .Was not aware there was no oven only a cook top with two burners but didn't really cook that much.

Cons:

The hotel needs some remodeling. It was clean, but the wooden parts of the bathroom and the furniture in the room were chipped, scratched, and missing in some cases. The bed was very, very soft or either worn and very uncomfortable if you were used to a firmer surface. The bathroom was huge for some reason. The tub shower combo was standard size, but the room was fit for a hot tub in size. I'm not sure why.

Not worth the price tag!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Location was nice.

Cons:

We got booked in the wrong room, our TV didn't work properly. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Beds were super uncomfortable. Really was dissatisfied for all the money I spent.

A very nice small hotel that is well located and well suited to family or business stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff and manager were friendly, helpful and simply kind. The location was perfect and the overall condition of the property was great.

Cons:

The fact that the availability of the seasonal pool is not communicated to guests prior to reservation. The fact that there is not any shopping options (grocery, sundry, clothes) in walking distance.

Good Convenient Stay
Pros:

I like how close this hotel was to my daughter's dance competition event, I like how affordable it was to get such a nice king size suite that fits 3-4 people. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious, hot and fresh.

Cons:

The only things I didn't like was that there was hardly any parking for hotel residents and I didn't like how firm the bed was.

Very outdated, bad smell, nasty furniture
Pros:

The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. The walls are super thin and the rooms are showing their age. The fridge in our room was so loud we had to unplug it. Cabinets are damaged and don’t align right. Couches are stained. Rugs are stained. The rooms also smell pretty dank. There was recent water damage and a half assed drywall patch just outside our room that contributed to the smell. The luggage rack in our room was broken and we only had one for a 2 bedroom. The sleeper sofa was on sad shape. The parking lot was full and we had to park across the street. On the bright side the front desk person was super friendly and efficient. The facilities and maintenance really let this place down. The attached pictures just so a sampling of how bad it is. I could have taken a picture of every furniture pieces, wall, or carpet and there would be stains or damage on it. I wouldn’t come back.
