I recently stayed at CVK Bosphorus and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and offers great comfort. I did encounter a few issues during my stay, but they were handled quickly and professionally. A special thank‑you to Eefee , Almira, who took over the situation and resolved everything with exceptional care. Mustafa was also very helpful throughout. I also want to mention the lady who checked me in and the girl with glasses at reception — both were kind, welcoming, and attentive.
A lovely touch was the surprise organised by Almira for my daughter, which she absolutely loved. These thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable.
