An Exceptional Stay – Beyond Expectations
Pros:

From the moment we booked this resort as a last-minute detour, the experience was exceptional. Communication from the staff was outstanding, particularly Ming, who went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful room with a stunning view.

The resort photos simply do not do it justice—it is even more impressive in real life. The grounds and facilities are immaculate, the pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy for both couples and families.

The dining experience was another highlight. The restaurants were clean and welcoming, and the food was, without question, the best we have had during our time in Vietnam. Rainbow Wings Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere and views are truly breathtaking.

What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible service. We were so in awe of the resort when we left that we accidentally left our passports and wallets locked in the room safe. Ming immediately came to our rescue, organising a driver to deliver them to the airport and saving us from what could have been a very stressful situation.

The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff was second to none. If I could give this resort a rating higher than 10/10, I absolutely would. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

A stay with a young one....
Pros:

The staff were enthusiastic, the, breakfast was plentiful and varied, the views from the villa and the restaurant are amazing, and swimming in our own pool was very relaxing.

Cons:

How it is managed, as it is a fabulous resort on the lake.. There is space for cutlery and kitchenware but there are no plates or glasses. We even had to use the tooth mugs from upstairs for teas and coffee. You are not allowed to cook, meaning you have to buy in from the restaurant or go to the one just outside the entrance. We would have preferred to have more options especially with a 4 year old, so please factor this in when considering the resort, and plan to bring enough of your own provision. Also, a shop on site based on the above would have been very helpful.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Resort was clean, staff were helpful and friendly- definitely stay again

Cons:

Not much to do in the evenings and nothing around the resort so couldn’t go out for food or drink, however the food in the resort was lovely it would been nice as a change

Amazing stay, ideal break from city life
Pros:

The staff was attentive and professional, which made us feel valued and comfortable. Shout out to Luyen the receptionist, who greeted us and made the check-in process super smooth, despite the slightly different way we made our booking.

Cons:

The food was overall good but the Western-styled dinner was a touch cold and overdone.
